Absolutely fantastic stay! front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Staff was helpful and very friendly and had no problem with a longer late checkout. We had a room right beside the elevator, and it was huge. Noise from the elevator was nonexistent in the room. Nice hot breakfast. Decent size pool and water slide, big hot tub.

Parking lot is almost non existent, here for 2 nights and I had to park a 1/2 block away each night. Rooms have been renovated, the contactor did a brutal job, embarrassing workmanship and finish details, also our bed was less than 6 from the heat/cool unit with an exorbitant amount of room the other direction. Hotel management thinks that 25°C in the hallways and lobby is comfortable. It's not

Only reason is this place is a 4 instead of 5 star is they have like 8 TV channels also the second time I have been there in the past couple months when the hot tub was out of order. Well at least the jets weren't working both times. Having no channels in unacceptable with the availability of so many options.

The Concierge was awesome, he handled a massive amount of children and teenagers very well and exercised great patience with the kids. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast,staff was on the ball for how busy it was. Would give 5 stars however the Deluxe suite we were in did require a bit of maintenance. There was a lack of garbage receptacles and the one we did have was tiny for one person let alone a whole family. House keeping staff did the bare minimum and didn't replenish toiletries when needed. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Person at the front desk made us stand around for long time to check in since she was busy on the phone. Training the staff properly as to how to prioritize the job tasks would be good. People on the phone can be put on hold while they check someone in rather than rudely carrying on an on on the phone while giving people in front of you less priority. No cable in the rooms, my card got authorized at check in and it was approved and showed on my app but they kept saying it did not go through, then it was charged again and I have 2 charges pending. Their system couldn't see the first one at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and shower even had decent pressure. Was quiet except for the traffic sounds but that's unavoidable. Right next to a couple decent restaurants and minutes away from some good shopping. I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast has a good selection. The only reason we stayed here was because they had Tesla destination charger and they have environmental conscious BK. Chris the Duty Manager was amazing in helping us and making our stay very pleasant.
