I've been disappointed with this companies busines practices. Holding freight hostage for 2 weeks is not customer service. My product is late, my customers are upset, and my company and employees may lose our contract with this client. Do not use this company.

Demand I scan my drivers license to make a delivery. I don't share that info with anyone. You want to have a security guard look at it and write down the info fine ,but then again refuse to let me leave,hold me against my will that is against the law. I would say next time I will have your security charge but I will never go back there.

I have bad experience with this company. Company looting drivers earnings. Firstly they said ,” they will pay safety bonus”.But at the end they don’t. They did not pay my safety bonus at the end of my job. Dispatchers of the company don’t know how to talk with people and their drivers.
