purchased my first tractor ever, a BX23 from DLE. Very happy with my dealings with Chad. He came through on promises made and delivery dates. Very impressed also with the orientation we were given by Chad even though on the day of pickup it rained so hard the ducks were looking for cover.

***Following Up. (Month or so later). Go to start the mower this morning. Not starting. Fresh gas, battery charged up to 14 volts. No start. They didn't fix anything. They tugged on some cables and clean some grass out from underneath the seat. Waste of money and 3 weeks of the mower in the service department to have the machine not repaired. If I could give zero stars I would.***Dropped a mower off for a simple service to clean some connections to ensure proper starting. They had the machine for 3 weeks. They phoned to tell me the mower was repaired. I showed up with my truck and trailer to pick only to find it wasn't in fact repaired. Had to come back the next day again to pick up. Didn't offer a courtesy dropoff of the mower or anything for wasting my time.

Chad was amazing to deal with in the purchase of our new mower. We ended up getting the Z700 series zero turn and couldn’t be happier with Chad and DLE

Chad is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson at DLE, he helped make my tractor purchase go very smooth. Parts department was also great with going over routine maintenance for the tractor and putting together a kit together I needed for maintenance. Will definitely buy more equipment from this location in the future.

Chad and the crew were very friendly and accommodating in my purchase of a 'new to me' tractor. They provided any service records and were able to give me a decent assessment of the tractor's previous life. Delivery was also on time.
