The sales staff here are awesome people . They take the time to explain and go over the hole process on fitting and choosing the best suited aids. That was my take. Good luck with yours.

Costco Hearing Aid Center
Very poor customer service! I need new hearing aidsbecause mine broke (originally purchased from Costco)… I have to wait 10 weeks for an appointment and then a couple weeks before I actually get the hearing aids?? For real?? 3 months to get new hearing aids. I have severe to moderate lost hearing loss. I can not survive in the ‘normal’ hearing world without hearings aids for 3 months. Can any one give me some suggestions or recommendations?

N. was so very helpful. She has a great sense of humor & she answered all my questions. This is my first time wearing hearing aids. It has certainly made a difference in my life. Don't put off buying hearing aids. They certainly add to quality of life, which is so very important! Thank you so much N. & Costco Hearing!
