Stole My personal belongings, would not let me retrieve them out of my car. Also they help with entrapment. Watch yourselves with these guys. I never heard of a company being able to with hold your personal belongings. Called multiple times to retrieve my stuff, they say they will call back but never did. Now i don't know where my stuff is. I had helmets and tools and things i have had for years in my car, sleeping bags and tow wench and many other thing that they are with holding.

Horrible service. Called to have my car towed and still waiting after 2 hours when I was told it would be 45 mins at the most. When I called after 2 hours of waiting I was told the flat bed truck was broke down. I stated you had my phone number which you asked for so why did no one call to advise me of this?Said to forget it and called a different companyWill never use this towing company again. Wish I could rate the service at -5 stars.

I got a vehicle towed for my own reasons, been calling them for 3 weeks now trying to go clean out my things and all I get is a I'll call you back today and 3 weeks later I'm yet to get a call back! Very poorly managed company, and If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was in the city shopping and my brake caliper stuck on my truck. I was so frazzled because I was over a hour away from home. I called many tow companies but none would let me go with them. So I was freaking out thinking of the major expense that was going to be. I called one tow company and unfortunately they said the same thing but told me to try James towing so I did. Much to my relief they were generous enough to not leave me stranded on the side of the highway. The driver was very nice and was keeping me laughing at a pretty stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Never showed up for roadside call and then closed early for the weekend without completing service call after advising numerous times that they would be along shortly.

Told me he could have my vehicle towed in 75 min but arrived and left in less than 30 min.The driver was sharp in that he was able to diagnose the problem with my SUV within a minute saving me troubleshooting time at the garage. Rate was very reasonable.
