I received my very first tattoo today from Mark, I am absolutely blown away by the results! I love everything about my tattoo, I was under the impression that hand tattoos are one of the most painful tattoos to get and at first he tried to talk me out of it for being my first tattoo but in the end still made me feel very comfortable with the decision I made! Thank you so much. & I will definitely be coming back for more!

I’ve never been treated more poorly as a customer in my life. Horrible experience. I showed up for my appointment & Mark was late & no one was in the shop so I waited in the parking lot. He was then not prepared for my appointment & there was very little communication going on so I sat & waited awkwardly at the front. We discussed what I wanted bc I was getting a cover up & I noticed a bit of an agitated tone when I would ask or make a suggestion on what I wanted but I let it go & tried to hear him out. I went & waited some more while he printed out some pictures to size to my arm. Then he was on the phone while he was holding it up to my arm which I felt uncomfortable with. I then asked for a hand mirror to see what it would look like & to compare it to the rest of the tattoos I had. It looked unnecessarily big.. He aggressively told me “it’s going to be the size it needs to be for the cover up” then he sat back & asked why I was acting so “sketchy” with him. I told him I was nervous & he asked me “if I hired a Plummer, would I stand over his shoulder & tell him what to do also?” He kept telling me over & over that he had 30yrs experience but I couldn’t help but ask myself why he hasn’t learned how to talk to people in that amount of time. I left with out getting a tattoo. His shop is dirty & I felt like I stepped back into 2001.

Both Mark and Jaycee are incredibly talented, they’ve pulled off the most intricate and detailed tattoos of portraits to my colour tattoos, they’re extremely clean, safe, and friendly. I feel completely comfortable with their level of talents to all my ink for life.I strongly recommend both tattooists

This tattoo shop is just astonishing. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the artist are SO AWESOME and it’s just a fun place to be. i personally got my first tattoo from JayCee and loved the experience from start to end. i actually want to book an appointment in the next two weeks! I initially contacted JayCee on instagram and she was as sweet as could be. I was very nervous, expressed all my anxieties to her and they were put to rest right away!! she is a perfectionist and will make sure her work pleases her clients!! line work is so precise and her font is spot on!! first time tattoo clients, go to JayCee for a relaxed and perfect first time experience. can’t rave enough about amazing she is.Shop is very clean and the space is so chill and welcoming it’s great!!! highly, highly recommend!!

I’ve had mark tattoo me for years and he always goes above and beyond, far exceeding expectations! His work is incredible.
