Airport Immigration Medical Services

My boyfriend had an Immigration Medical Appointment scheduled with Dr. ANASTASIA PROKUBOVSKAYA for today at 1:20 pm (Saturday, Sept. 12th) We arrived at the scheduled time and to our surprise the office has cancelled the appointment. When I asked a receptionst why they didn't contact us prior to the appointment to let us know not to come, she said that they had been calling my boyfriend's cellphone number for the last 3 days and left him a few voicemails stayting that if he doesn't call them back they would have to cancel his appointment. In reality, we received only one phone call from their office (which my boyfriend missed) one day prior to the appointment. They left only one voicemail asking to call them back because they required some additional information for the appointment and that was it. They did not say anything about cancelling the appointment in the voicemail, or did not leave any other messages. The receptionst was looking at me and lying in my face that they had been calling us for 3 days and because we did not pick up or call them back they cancelled the appointmet. What kind of reason is that? I do know how cellphones and calling in general works, and if there is no missed calls on your cellphone it means no one called you. I do not understand why you would still try to convince me that you'd called me multiple times when in fact you called only once. Moreover, if you needed to cancel the appointment and couldn't contact my boyfriend by calling him, you could have sent him a text message, or you also had his email address. When I continued asking for the reason of cancellation (real reason because you didn't call us back and we cancelled" is not an adequate reason)

Had a fantastic experience at this immigration clinic. The doctor I saw was kind, took the time to answers all my questions and I had my results available quickly. Highly recommend this clinic

I had a wonderful experience at this place. Dr. Ana is the best physician. The medical examination is faster than the given scheduled time frame and I find it little cheaper than other test centers. Definitely, I recommend this place to whoever wants to have their medicals for immigration.

Dr. David Lewis and his team were simply the best in taking care of my mother during her recent visit on Nov 28th for her immigration medical tests. Dr. Lewis was very professional and extremely courteous in walking us through the entire process. Great service and would definitely recommend this medical facility to everyone.

did my upfront medical here. excellent doctors. explained the process and staff were polite. Lab was quick too and they have a way to check whether files were submitted on their website. Recommend. this place has integrity. deserves a 5 star rating.

Great clinic - came to get my medical for my PR application and saw Dr Ana Prokubovskaya - she was amazing. Very nice doctor, explained everything to me and paperwork was submitted in less than 1 week. I called after to follow up and she got back to me right away. Thank you!

Staff was polite and welcoming and the immigration medical took 1 hour including x-ray and blood test.The only downside is the time taken by the clinic to upload the results. Its been more than a week and I am still waiting for them to upload the reports via emedical portal.Most clinics upload these in 2-3 days.

For me overall experienced in this clinic was okay it's convenient especially the online booking the only downside is you cannot confirm your appointment through email that I received from their office. The doctor was very nice. The x-ray technician was really nice he mentioned that my gender on the form wasn't right and has to be corrected so I did. Before you go there prepare $80 cash for the x-ray and other payment they can accept visa debit and credit cards for the blood work and doctor's fee I believe. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Dr Anastasia prokubovskaya a great doc, caring and passionate about her patients. She is fair and honest and goes the extra mile for patients. Grateful to be her patient.
