Sofa City Furniture

Contacted John through Facebook marketplace. He was very responsive and you could tell right away he was very focused on customer service. They delivered the sofa bed and set it up in our basement. It was exactly what he told us it would be. We’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend him.

We are more than happy with our furniture and service. I asked about a couch on Thursday and it was delivered the next afternoon. He confirmed our delivery in the morning for between 2-3 that afternoon and then about 12:30 let me know he was sorry but running behind 10 or 15 minutes late they arrived at 3:10 brought the couch up unpacked and assembled in 10 minutes. I love the look of it sat on it and was happy so paid and off they went. Very nice guys we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.

Found these guys on Facebook Marketplace. I contacted them in regards to one of their sectionals. I was worried as we have a small house and not being able to view it to check measurements. But I still booked the delivery and John and his partner (who actually went to my grade school) delivered the sectional and set it up.The wife and I were extremely impressed at their service as well as how personable they were. They didn't take the money until we were 100% satisfied with the sectional and service. Which we were! They even helped to move the old sofa out of the house!!!We will be adding additional furniture this year as we build our home together, and I can 100% guarantee John has any future business from us.Do yourselves a favor and buy from these guys!!Extremely satisfied in Guelph!

You were very quick and clean to assemble and took all the garbage along with them, which was the best part as I didn’t have to worry about the boxes. Fast & friendly delivery. They don’t advertise what they don’t have in stock. They arrived on time, opened and set up the couch and made sure we were happy with the product, then they cleaned up afterwards. They completely exceeded my expectations!!Not gonna lie, I was worried about this online store because I couldn’t go see the product and everything was done by phone/text. Now I will recommend them to friends and family, and go to their site before any other furniture sites in future.

John and his business partner delivered this amazing couch today and we couldn't be happier! They provided an exceptional, fast service, handled everything in a professional and friendly manner, and their product exceeded our expectations! Apart from being incredibly comfortable for both sitting and sleeping, this couch is a great space saver and it has a fantastic look and feel! I will definitely order from them again.

Do not go with product look and during sale time giving wrong promises about support even though do not have extended warranty, we will support anytime. No one knows that once purchase it will be good product lifetime. So instead go with big brands and take warranty instead.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They delivered a couch that was missing cushions and would NOT return or exchange the couch. Now I’m out $600 without a couch.
