Dr. Florina Feng is the worst family doctor ever. Do not go to her if you have children that need check ups. She refuses to see children in person and only does phone consultations. She also does half the amount of the check ups needed for small children. She is extremely cold and her office staff are also very unpleasant to deal with.

She’s nothing more than Terrible, she doesn’t listen your concerns, she just care about money. I feel really sad when I remember she was my ob during my first pregnancy. Immigrant, first pregnancy, alone and WITHOUT a proper doctor. 5 min appointment, she barely sees you, if you have a problem just go to the emergency and talk to someone else.

Totally disagree with the 3 other reviews so far. The personnel at the reception is exceptionally courteous and show a lot of patience dealing with the eccentric recriminations of a certain clientele especially self-centered. Sure, the delays are long, the waiting room crowded, the appointment time not always respected. But doctors must respond to emergencies, and the one I see, Dr. Xin Wang, is extremely dedicated and professional, and, at the same time, have great empathy, listening to my questions and taking the time needed to answer them. You must understand that physicians are very busy professionals: they are overbooked because the enormous amount of resources put in their education and training must be made to assist the largest amount of people and not be wasted in indolent idle time.

This clinic’s reputation will be destroyed by their receptionist. One of receptionists is so rude to patient who needs help; don’t know how she got this job… Worst ever

The front desk receptionist Janice Song is exceptionally unprofessional, rude, impatient and irresponsible. It's her usual practice to hang up on patient and shows attitiude both in person and over the phone. She clearly has a temperament issue, a kind of person who's unpleasant to deal with and would definately spoils your day. Sorry for any business that hires her.

My mother is a patient in this clinic. She’s in her 80’s and has to walk there to make an appointment. She has not been seen by her Dr since before the pandemic. But I can’t find another Dr who accepts new patients. I guess there is no minimum standard on a clinic.IMO patients should be able to email or leave a message over the phone to their doctor.

I was the only patient there today on a Tuesday afternoon, so there was no reason for my concerns to not be taken seriously. I recently moved to Canada from the US, mind you I had great health insurance in the US, so the way that the doctor treated me left a bad taste on me that I hope a new physician will erase. First, I was going in because I am looking for a primary care physician (this doctor is definitely is not it). I wanted 2 things: first, I have horrible menstrual cramps and massages tend to alleviate them and help me feel better, so I asked her if she could give me a prescription for them, which she denied and told me to take Advil. I have tried every over-the-counter medication. Still she did not believe my pain. When I told her there is research showing that this is a true alleviator for women, and that her not believing me is sexist - she did not respond (I am a researcher, so here is a citation 'Hur, M. H., Lee, M. S., Seong, K. Y., & Lee, M. K. (2011). Aromatherapy massage on the abdomen for alleviating menstrual pain in high school girls: a preliminary controlled clinical study. Evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine, 2012.' ). Second, I have been gene-matched to Celiac Disease so I've been eating a gluten free diet. I asked her what she could recommend that I do. She told me to start eating gluten and get a blood test, which by the way she mentioned has a lot of false-positives. So why would she recommend that I eat something that causes me pain, and take a test that has a high likelihood of being wrong? that beats me. Finally, she asked if I was in a relationship, when I said no, she asked me if I was ever with someone--what I think she meant to ask is 'if I was sexually active' folks, but she chose her words wrong and linked sex to relationships, and in a judgmental way.Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I cried after meeting her, because I couldn't believe that this was the first time a doctor didn't believe my pain.

if there is zero star, I would pick zero. Reception woman is so rude, and hang up my call without any reasons. I am not sure how she got paid with this type of service and work attitude. disgusting!

The female Chinese doctor Dr. Amy Wang is a real piece of work. I came in to see if I could get in with a family doctor close to me as I was worried about heart disease. Anyways she told me to go to the methadone clinic as she can’t help me and they can. WTF. Did this breezy seriously just tell me I’m a junkie and she doesn’t want to help me? I DON’T EVEN DO DRUGS and have never done heroine or any opiates in my life. I don’t even drink. I’m sober. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor ever. Not only that, after arguing with her about it because WTF, I’m like Okkkkkkkkkk what’s their contact info and she writes on a sticky note “pender methadone clinic” like bish you just said that. Address? Dr? Phone number? She’s incompetent, doesn’t care about you, unprofessional, RUDE ASF and condescending. Who even let this person become a doctor?

HORRIBLE experience at this clinic! Both the doctor and receptionist are USELESS. Absolutely NO patient care. The environment is also poor. I did not feel comfortable or welcomed. If you're looking for a GP, even though they advertise they are taking in new patients, they DON'T. Please do not waste your time like I did. A walk-in clinic is by far better than this place.
