Mississauga Taekwondo - Argentia

Surprised I haven't rated this gem of a Taekwondo school yet; been going to this school for about 10 years now and it's always been a pleasure. From just starting out to working my way up to be a 4th degree black belt, the atmosphere and people never fail to make me feel welcomed. Teaching the newer students is lovely and has helped me grow, both as a master/instructor and a person. I've seen so many students start out young and grow to become phenomenal people and martial artists. This gym also includes handfuls of modern sports technology that a typical martial arts gym would not have; definitely a plus!Master Ken is an absolutely splendid, highly intelligent, and passionate man and has been by my side for as long as I can remember. His desire to provide aid to all students and keep parents updated is absolutely lovely and is definitely one of the big reasons why the reviews of this gym are magnificent.Would recommend for anybody of all ages and different skill sets!

My son has been attending this Taekwondo school for over an year. I enrolled him based on a very positive feedback from a friend who have 2 kids enrolled here for 3+ years. Master Ken is passionate about taekwondo and that energy reflects in his staff as well as students. I highly recommend this place. If you are in doubt, try a free trial lesson and decide. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I tried to enroll my son as he was not disciplined and want to him to join the classes to get more disciplined, however after 2 classes the Master being an old aged man could not cope up with my 4 year old and it is utterly a waste of time. A Karate is a better Martial art than taekwondo. Very poor managing skills for toddlers, never join here

Master Ken is a great instructor. My boys always leave class saying how much they love taekwondo. I'm grateful for the stretching and conditioning they do to prevent any injuries. And every other parent I've spoken to here, loves this school and how they prioritize their students. We're so grateful to have found Missisauga Taekwondo.

My son is 11 now and has been with the school since he was 6. Ready to be a Blackbelt degree 2, he just loves the teachers and school and of course taekwondo. This school and all teachers especially Master Ken have been such fantastic mentors that the more we appreciate the less it will be for the work they do with the kids here. Happy safe environment with so much to offer and learn , its an extreme pleasure to be a part of this school. Highly highly recommend it for all the knowledge, love, encouragement support and great memories we will continue to build here for several years to come.

I want those reading to see the difference written between the fake and real reviews. I have trained at this school for a very long time and I have never been let down.The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. All students are taught with the same attention to detail, and are always encouraged to ask questions.The school knows all of its students and their parents. There is a large sense of community and I always feel welcome and at home here.Most of these reviews are fake and it is so disappointing to read. This is an excellent tkd school where students are taught discipline and respect. Master ken and all his instructors are kind and helpful people. Love this place!

A nice family friendly and well equipped Taekwondo school with great instructors (Masters) and owned by a very passionate and accessible Master Ken Anstruther who as long as I have known him has never been motivated by financial gain but rather what he can do to improve the experience provided to the kids.My two kids started there a little over 3 years ago and recently earned their black belts and continue to enjoy training there under the guidance of some exceptional and experienced Masters with the assistance of some of the more accomplished students in the school. The flexible class schedules and the freedom to make up missed classes are a parents dream. In addition to their regular training, my kids have had many other great experiences there such as participating in many local tournaments, being part of the Taekwondo Demo team for the Toronto Pan Am games at the Hershey Center and assisting the Masters during classes for the lower belts.I highly recommend this school not only for the excellent Taekwondo training that I originally chose this school for but also for the honesty and integrity that this business operates with which I pleasantly found out in the years since.

What more can be said...#StandingOvation for Master Ken and the great team!!. And yes, I have known them 12years+ and the passion they have to teach, guide and see children, young adults etc learn and build skills is obviously innate. ❤️‼️

This is a great martial arts school, no matter what the fake reviews say. My two sisters have been going here for about a year and they love it. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming; even going so far as to taking care of my sisters for half an hour when I got caught up in traffic. Definitely recommend!

My son has been attending this school for about 6 months now and practicing taekwondo for about 3 years. I have tried numerous schools before and can surely say that this school is the best . I like the fact that the students get to learn from multiple masters which was lacking in the previous schools. Master Ken is very very knowledgeable and surely would recommend Master Seung's Taekwondo to anyone else.
