Let me tell you, my dog has never looked more cute! The staff are super professional and friendly. My dog usually hates going to the groomers but after going there once, he now gets excited to go. The staff are great at handling pets and making friends with them. Honestly they are worth every penny!

Update: March 18, 2023Took my friend’s dog for a groom here. Great customer service here!!! It is still a bit out of my budget for a monthly groom but they do an amazing job. Thank you!!!First time taking my dog to get groomed here. Very great experience, definitely pricey though, I won’t be able to take my dog here frequently due to the pricing but it’s a nice treat once in a while! The staff members were all very friendly and cared for my pup just wonderfully. Thank you!

Everyone is so lovely at the Fort York location. They take time to understand your needs and give your pooch a little report card at the end. My little guy comes back looking handsome each time. Would 100% recommend!

The best grooming and nail trimming location we’ve ever been to. My Chihuahua is 16 and is difficult to deal with. Every time we get a cute report card and sometimes even a bandana or cute necklace. The groomer is very patient with her temper and the customer service at the front desk is unprecedented! Excellent all round!

I’m very satisfied with the service!They are super friendly. At first I was worried since my cat is a kitten and there aren’t many reviews for cat. But they did a wonderful spa service for her, and even gave her a beautiful gift ❤️Would def come again.

We brought our puppy here for his very first grooming experience a few months ago when this location first opened. We were very nervous about leaving him alone but he is always calm and not distressed when we pick him up. He is six months old now and has only ever been to this groomer. Today he had a full spa done — his haircut was adorable, he smelled great, nails trimmed well and ear hairs all plucked! The staff always listen to our requests and concerns. Very happy with our experience!
