Poor services here..I got kicked out for something I didn't even do..I find this one lady Shelby is very discriminating towards aboriginal people..all aboriginal individuals are getting kicked out of this clinic..I find it has very poor services..well customer service..the pharmacists in here are excellent but not the nursing staff..

This place helps me out,in the ways they give me my drink of methadone,so I'm not a complete loser addict...And they do talk,and support me...cheers and thanks,to those that are trying to help struggling, people,that have that dam problem all just because this disgusting dirty city,sudbury's become..

The people that come out of this place are beyond upsetting. Walking downtown i have to worry about your clients spitting on windows or me as i walk past. I watch drug deals happening infront of the building on a daily basis. The staff is beyond rude and they have no consideration for the customers nor the general public. I have gone to Ti Amo cafe for lunch as well as gone to do my taxes next door and have been stopped by the dozens of people standing outside after recieving their methadone from Vitaheal, asking for money or smokes or food or drugs. The place is an absolute mess and nobody is doing anything to fix it. The business's downtown are affected in a very negative way due to these people, and the ignorance of the staff makes it impossible to deal with any problems to help ease the stress off the downtown area business owners and workers as a whole. The city needs a solution to the problem quickly or there will be no downtown ledt to save.

Everyone is so friendly. I've been going here for like 5+ years and it's been a great experience.
