Very unhappy with the service by the house insurance rep. Bad communication and although they are a broker, no efforts to reduce my house insurance premiums. Went with another company after putting up with this for years. Too bad that I will be moving my car insurance too, as my car insurance guy actually did a great jobThe agency itself is terrible for customer service.

As others have reported, this HUB International office seems disorganized and poorly managed. I won't bore readers with the details, but will say that I experienced errors on my policy renewal, misdirected files, and a lack of response from agents on multiple occasions including the main office phone that just rang and rang and rang... no voice mail, nothing. The agents I've heard from do seem to try, but only respond to emails and calls about 30% of the time, and don't seem to be synced to the same systems. My policy paperwork is still missing, and is still for an address I changed a year ago. On top of this, they now use a third party to process credit card payments that charges an additional 3% insurance payment system access fee". This doesn't sound like much until you multiply it by your insurance premium. Thankful I've had no claims so far. I will be looking for a different insurance provider next time."

10 year customer with Hub. Unable to make contact with Hub these days about renewing my insurance (make a payment). Was told multiple times I would get a call but did not in time. Advised Hub if I am not given a call back in a reasonable time that I would cease all business. Did not meet my expectations and I said to not renew. Once told of my decision, the agent immediately advised they had no time for me anymore and had to deal with other clients. I said I am still a customer until this business is handled. Was then given directions on how to cancel and followed instructions. Never going back and do not recommend to an agent who only takes the easy business but will not work for the customer. I was not satisfied with the “staffing shortage” excuse. I was given a time frame of when I would be called back but it was exceeded. Insurance is when you need it. Why give business to a company when you need the services and they are cavalier with your time and money? Is it because they’re used to easy money?

Hana is the best insurance broker I have ever dealt with, extremely professional and works for me every time for the best options and discounts available. Year after Year. Thanks again for asking me whether or not I drive 5000 kms or less per year. You ask every year, and now this time my answer was yes. My insurance dropped substantially since not using my car for work, but now, even more so because of brokers like Hana Mulder that go above and beyond for the client. See you next year.Thanks, Don

Best Insurance Experience I've ever had...I've been dealing with HUB International for three years now and every time I use them I seem to get a very friendly and helpful agent.The past two visits I was helped by Breeann Kindratsky and was blown away by the professionalism and service.She found me the very best rates and coverage and did it all in record time and with ease.Highly recommend these folks for all your insurance needs, I know I'll be back again and again.

This was my first time at Hub International (Douglas store). I had some issues with my previous insurance policy and while I was explaining myself to the lady at front she did not seem to understand and that’s when Tapesh Singhal was kind enough to voluntarily ask me to come over and address my issues. He went above and beyond and did his part in order to help me with my issue. Today because of his extra effort my issue was solved. He also followed up with me via email to make sure everything was completed. Thank you so much Tapesh for all your help. Keep doing what you to do.

Good experience withover the telephone renewal of ICBC and private insurance . One positive outcome of COVID. No longer having to go on person for insurance. Now only if t could be fully on-line.

They registered and insured a car purchased by someone who stole my identity ....UPDATE: they did call me back to deal with the matter. the person used a fake license, wonder if agents should compare the photo on a licence with the photo icbc has to avoid this.
