Isabel was very patient and helpful in navigating the use of our group plan benefits and maximizing the PC Optimum Points promotion we were offered on contact lenses. We sincerely appreciate how easy it was to communicate with her in person, by email and over the phone. Highly recommend checking out this location for Theodore & Pringle and asking about PC Optimum promos when you are in need of your next pair of glasses or contacts.

Theodore & Pringle Optical in Zehrs Markets
As soon as I entered the store Isabel acknowledged me right away and asked how she could help. I have two broken glasses that I really need fixed asap. Isabel says no problem I'll fix these up for you. Fixed them up and than searched my past receipts and noticed I still have warranty and ordered me in two new lenses. Isabel was friendly polite and very knowledgeable.I recommend Theodore & Pringle. Ask for Isabel Wildfong

Called in to make an appointment for the weekend showed up for scheduled appointment was told there is no doctor in on the weekend. And yes confirmed on my phone that I called the correct Zhers optical location.
