I had an amazing experience at the Wedding Parlour. They have beautiful dress to choose from. Teri, the owner was a dream to work with. Everything from helping me pick out my beautiful dress, to perfect alterations, and adding what I wanted to the dress. She makes you feel special and is so easy going. The guys tuxes were very stunning to, all measured and fit perfect. I would highly recommend this wedding place for all your wedding needs. Thank you so much for helping to make my wedding day even more special.

Teri provides wonderful customer service and is very attentive.We have gone here multiple times for tux rentals for prom. She is wonderful at calming nervous teens and helping them make wonderful choices. We highly recommend going there before anywhere else.

I loved getting my wedding dress here— one of the best decisions I made! Teri and her staff are so knowledgeable and fun to work with. My mom drove all the way from Fargo to get her mother of the bride dress from Teri because we trust her opinion and quality selection of gowns. What an amazing shop to have in Grand Rapids!

I recently bought my wedding dress from here. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jennifer is absolutely great! They had a great selection of dress styles and colors, and also a great selection of veils and accessories! I would definitely recommend The Wedding Parlour to any future brides looking for a dress! The only downside is that they do not carry bridal shoes.

Very wonderful experience! I purchased my wedding dress from here, Teri was so helpful and easy to work with. I was so nervous and she was great at calming nerves and making sure everything was correct. Great communication and very kind service. I would recommend to everyone! We were having trouble ordering bridesmaid dresses when everyone was shut down for the pandemic and Teri was MORE than willing to help us out and ordered them in a rush. Everything was correct and on time!

You will not be disappointed with Teri at the Wedding Parlour. She is beyond talented, kind and truly the most genuine retail owner I will probably ever meet. The short: she is a professional and will strive to ensure you feel your most confident + authentic self on your wedding day. The long: I had a Saturday morning dress appointment with my mom, aunt, sister, MIL, and SIL. I tried on a few dresses and ultimately “found the one” with raving reviews from my audience. Later on I asked if everyone could share photos from the dress appointment, as I didn’t have any on my phone. My heart dropped as soon as I saw myself in the dress I chose and ordered. It was certainly NOT “the one.” I was heart broken and anxious waiting until Monday to call Teri and try cancel my dress order. I called her first thing that Monday morning… I told her who I was, when I was in, and then I desperately shared that I needed to cancel my order. She calmly responded with “I was hoping you’d call.” I’m sure I was silent with confusion… Then she continued with, “I was waiting to submit your order hoping you’d call. It’s not your dress.” I was so happy, yet shocked and all together relieved. I thanked her over and over and asked when I could come back in to truly find *the* one. I made an appointment for that next Wednesday to go all by myself. No pressure, expectations or distractions. Teri was beyond patient with me as I tried on nearly every style of dress. Only a few dresses in we found *the* one but I proceeded to try on others still questioning my intuition. However I came back to *the* dress and once I had it on again, Teri assured what I was thinking deep down. THIS dress really was *the* one. She ordered the dress to my exact size and length. I didn’t need any alterations! The dress literally fit me like a glove, which again, I greatly appreciated the saved cost and time in alterations. Teri is a one of a kind gem that I wish every bride had the opportunity to experience.
