Shoppers Drug Mart

Spent two days phoning this Shoppers and thought I must have had the wrong number as no one answered and no recording came on. Never known a pharmacy to not answer their phones. Finally drove there to talk to pharmacy staff. I was waiting on info about a prescription that they can't seem to fill. Was told I would get a phone call that same day in regards to what they found out about the product and again, nothing. I drove there again the next day and still no info. Called that night and after several re-dials, ohmy! a person answered and said they should have an answer by the next day for me. The next day came and went... nothing!! I have never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy. This will be my last time, there are manypharmacies, in this area, that are lovely to deal with and more than helpful.

This pharmacy has been so important and bailed me out during multiple times where our healthcare system didn’t manage. They helped me find solutions during very desperate times. I’ll always be loyal to this location.

Today your pharmacy staff actually put the wrong pills in the wrong bag. I received someone else's pills. UNEXCEPTABLE! What if this happened to a blind person or an elderly person who assumed the pills were correct. Took the wrong pills. This could have ended really bad. When I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I actually talk to someone then put on hold yet again then she said sorry about the mixup we'll have your pills out to you at 7 P.M. pills never came til 845P.M. I am seriously considering going elsewhere for my medical needs. Your pharmacy staff needs to be properly trained.

Always friendly. Sometimes, a lineup,but you get through it.

Service seems to be going downhill , I used to come by and get change for laundry and now they don’t exchange cash.

My last prescription contained 8 pills less than was required . Questioned about missing pills and was told they had to be there because their numbers were correct . Mine are not . I take two two different pills for my condition and I have 2 days less for this medication compared to the the second one . Dont get me wrong the staff was great when questioned about this matter but I am still 2 days short for my medication . This is an expensive drug dut I do not think it is fair for my insurance to pay for drugs I did not receive . I will be counting pills before I leave the counter from here on .

I have spoken to 3 different pharmacist since last Tuesday June 6th 2023,which 2 of them told me they would fill the 2 prescriptions for the rest I am owed. Nothing has been filled up to nowI'm missing 82 pills of one kind for my sciatica in my back that I've been taking for years,without these I will end up in bed with major pain. The other one I'm missing 30 pills for my heart.The last pharmacist I spoke with today June 10th 2023 and nothing is filled.He also dismissed me when I asked his name and the owners name and said you have enough till Monday call then.I feel very anxious,disrepectedand upset.I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Have sick kids. Bought Advil for kids, and after that returned to buy something Advil or Tylenol for infant. They treated me like I was a criminal. Started screaming at me, we saw you today. It was impossible to explain that I have kids different age and what I bought worked only for one kid but not for infant. Very rude pharmacy staff. Disappointed.

Called to speak to a manager about an ongoing issue. The store manager was actually yelling at me on the phone. I'm in shock and disbelief. Never had any problems with other shoppers. I've got their Pc money and Credit card for points but if i didn't i'd just go elsewhere. Unbelievably rude and unfit management.
