ICS courier

The worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I regret every bad thing I've ever said about UPS or any other courier company. Compared to ICS Courier, they are all fantastic. Tracking is completely inaccurate, gets randomly updated with backdated information (location scan from 12:50pm suddenly appear at 7pm) and the same information changes if you check again later, like somebody is manually editing it. ICS Next Day guaranteed" turns into 4 days from Ottawa to Montreal. Don't bother with ICS customer service either. They don't know anything and will only waste your time. They pretend to help and say they will email the location

I sent 2 small packages and received an invoice for 143.22$! We were told we didn't have to weigh the packages ourselves, they put one at 6 kg which amounted to 75$. 29$ fuel surcharge and 5$ '''pilot fatigue'' charge...will never use them again!!

requested pick up but driver did not even bother to pickup box .... customer service just as frustrating.

HAZARD : Avoid ICS - 14 April 2022 - Extremely Pathetic Service - the ICS Courier went inside my building and rather knocking at my unit went away claiming on notice i am not available at 11.25 am when exactly I recieved my another shipment from Nike Fedex at my Door - When I called the Customer service - Instead of understanding my frustration, she instead rather started getting frustrated and told me i can only get it back on Monday (that is 4 days after today) so casually as it is not important to her - Further the notice that the guy left was even not properly filled - There was no details when he is going to attempt again - EXTREMELY AGONISING SERVICE

Cheap and fast shipping across Canada. Took a day from Manitoba to Quebec

Everything bad about ics. Not purchasing anything from anybody delivering with ics courier. Left a sticker 2 days in a row in the door without ringing the bell. Their office for pickup is further away than the place they ship from. And closed, bad info on the website. Rude. Etc

Worst company ever! And Amazon keeps doing business with them. It is 12 o'clock. At 10 o'clock there was somebody at the door for a delivery that at the time of writing: a) I was not informed of by email beforehand and 2) still hasn't been updated in the tracking website. The status is still stated as 'shipped' just like the last 3 days. Although I did not open the door, the package was found in the hallway; a practice for which this company has already been fined several years ago. It seems like the only solution is to stop buying from Amazon as Jeff Bezos is more interested in making money at all cost to fund his space ambitions than delivering quality and giving service.

1 star will be too high for them. Not professional, drivers are rude and customer service is clueless. They been putting up my parcel for out of delivery straight 3 days. I met the driver once in my apartment lobby and he was like I forgot to bring you parcel. I dont know if thats a joke to them or what. Startup or companies should resist themselves using this courier company

Doesn't bother to even ring my doorbell. I have a rather expensive order arriving and on their second attempt I was standing in my qindow waiting as I had apparently missed them the day before when my fiancé was home the whole day. Left my window for 10 minutes. And apparently they passed. No doorbell nothing. Seriously! And don't even nother calling customer service because they 'can't do anything' about it.
