I would highly recommended them, They went beyond and above. We had a flood in our basement and everything is back to new - even better!!!!! We are loving our basement more than ever. The workers are super polite and they get the job done . They made sure we were happy with the work We would go with them again for future work. Thank you again for everything :)

These guys were terrific. I would recommend them highly. We had a huge windstorm and it blew out boathouse into pieces. They came and did a major cleanup and then returned with their carpenters and roofing specialists and rebuilt the boathouse for us. They even poured a new cement floor. Everything was beyond our expectations!

Professional response to water loss and restoration of drywall in basement.

Response time was immediate and when the representative Mike arrived he was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel like he understood our needs. Once the initial visit was made he was very quick in responding to our inquiries and submitted the estimate to our insurance company in a timely manner.

If your insurance calls this company make sure you refuse and get them to send someone else!! They will rip you off and do a horrible job doing it....

Did not fix our water leak problem. Things started to leak again shortly after the work was confirmed completed. Tried to call and see what could be done multiple times without co-operation. Beware, use another company - bad workmanship and service.

If your insurance company calls this company I would make sure you ask for another company.I had a water loss at the end of 2019 and this company was called in. I was out of the country when this happened but was fortunate enough to have a neighbor that had been in the restoration business for several years handling this for me. After 2 days had passed, my neighbor informed me that I should come home, because Mike and his crew didn't seem to know what they were doing.My experience when I came back was the following;- demolition work was started without removal of furniture, some was moved to another room but wasn't covered-removal of irreplaceable antique dining furniture was not wrapped, and nearly dropped while moving into truck. When loaded into the truck, furniture was not wrapped or secured. The crew then proceeded to pile demolition debris behind the table, for a drive all the way from Simcoe to Brantford.-Then at the end of it all, they didn't remove adequate material so it didn't dry out properly and I was left with mold. This is after explaining to them several times that I do inspection work for a living, and have used an infrared camera and moisture meter to detect things weren't drying, all tools which they should have been using instead of running a moisture meter over dry areas and trying to tell me everything is great.Once the mold was detected they were kicked off my job by my insurance company. Since their incompetence left me with mold, it was over two months before I could even start re-construction.So stay away from this company, there are far better companies out there.
