Taxi Marco de Rigaud has been great. Due to Covid, we have been stuck at our college so they have been a God send for our Tim Hortons or fast food fix. Great service and flexible delivery times. Highly recommended

Don’t answer their phone.Edit: And they replied to this (disappears after I edit my comment) that this is “normal if they’re busy”. My girlfriend and I tried them about 10 times over the course of an hour. If it is normal for you not to answer the phone for an hour because you’re busy, that means you’re not staffed well.

We hired Marco to shuttle us to and from our venue (Pavilion des Gallant) and hotel (Auberge des Gallant) during our wedding; in the afternoon for the ceremony and then at night to make sure everyone got to the hotel safely after the reception. Marco was extremely professional, on time, quick, and wonderful to work with. His taxi was clean and he made everyone feel super comfortable. My family and I have been using Marco's taxi since we moved to Rigaud last year and we have had nothing but great experiences. He is extremally reliable, always on time, and very kind and courteous.It's a huge relief knowing that my elderly mother is in good hands when she needs to be taken to doctor's appointments and elsewhere. He helps her out of the car and makes sure that she gets into her destination safely. This is very much appreciated and also speaks volumes of Marco's dedication and attention to his clients' needs.He has been very kind to myself and all my family members - and although we have only been in Rigaud a short time, we have had many trips with relatives back and forth to the airport. Awesome service! Marco is reliable, punctual and kind. I was late for an office holiday party downtown Montreal and luckily Marco was available and quick to get me there. Much appreciated.

Prompt and reliable service!I called the night before to schedule a cab from St.Lazare to the airport the following day.I'd given him the wrong address and he was very nice about it, even having to call me twice to sort it out.
