Unfortunately for me this provider was a no show for me twice. First time there was an apology a day later on a family emergency (which was certainly forgiveable); Rebooked the missed appointment to another no show and never any communication of cancellation ahead of appt. or thereafter. Extremely dissappointing and won't try for 3 fails.

Josie is so good at what she does. Extremely knowledgable and accommodating...will often squeeze me in at the last minute when I'm desperate, even when she already has a full day of appointments. She genuinely cares that she's helping clients who are in pain and her methods truly are therapeutic. She often suggests stretches and exercises that I can do at home to help relieve my pain and speed up healing. Highly recommend!

I have just had the most therapeutic, intuitive, and skilled massages of life. I absolutely recommend Josie. She loves what she does, she cares about her clients, and she is so good at treatment. She listened to what I had to say about my neck and back problems, asked thoughtful questions, and determined the cause and action plan in addressing and solving my issues. She applied the perfect amount of pressure--there was nothing weak about it, nor was it too intense. I honestly can't say enough positive things about what an excellent massage therapist Josie is.

Absolutely the best massage place I've ever been. Josie is extremely knowledgable and knows exactly how to fix issues and discomfort, and is happy to explain the science behind everything she's doing. The building itself is very accessible and the set-up lends itself very well to clients of all ages, weights, and mobility ranges. Will definitely be back!

I've seen a few massage therapists without much luck. Josie was the first to really listen to my concerns and provide massage and advice that is responsive to my needs. She's professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and I always leave my appointments with improved range of motion.
