This place is terrible. They are never there, don’t answer the phone or return messages. Honestly they may have good stuff but they don’t seem to care about the business. What good is it if you can’t buy it. Finally went it, they don’t work with gold. It’s all played casted meh not great …

I had the most wonderful time shopping here, Ev is so patient and answered all my questions, she helped me find a beautiful necklace for my husband for our wedding anniversary that was a great success, he loved it so much! I also got myself few dresses that I’m very happy with.It is a great place if you are looking for a gift, or just a new jewelry to spoil yourself with, there is a great selection , unique items and above all shopping here supporting local artists.

I had an amazing experience picking out jewelry from their extensive and magnificent selection. I went in wanting to buy a gift for my sister and ended up getting a necklace for myself as well. I couldn't resit! The store is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and patient in helping find the perfect pieces. I wanted a different stone than the one that was available at the store so they made me a custom necklace with my favorite gemstones. My sister absolutely loved her gift and I have worn my necklace almost every day since I got it. It's my new favorite piece of jewelry. They really make exquisite handcrafted jewelry and can customize every piece with your favorite gemstone. I can definitely recommend!

What a beautiful store in the old port, tons of unique rings and very special items for the house.

Our first experience with Artisan Impact was amazing. We ordered a ring online and wanted an opal placed in it, they sent us pictures of the opal so we could choose exactly what we wanted. They did an amazing job with the ring. We LOVED IT! The only problem was I lost it. So we contacted them to ask for a replacement which we of course paid for. They sent us another opal ring but the opal in this ring looked like it had a big obvious crack in it, we sent photos and they replaced it for us, this time tho the opal was worse then the first, it looked not even like an opal and since we've had it, it has discoloured terribly and gone all foggy, you can't even see the specks in the opal. We have emailed them numerous times and sent photos and they are not responding at all. They are clearly hoping that if they ignore us we'll just stop emailing about it. It's super disappointing especially since we had such a good experience the first time. They also didn't make the ring to the specifics that we asked, instead of a flat opal they made it domed. We are still hoping for a good outcome but I guess we are probably not expecting to get one anymore.
