The experience started out okay, but after payment the sale associate, Wenxia, scanned some samples but I later realized I didn't get them and some of them it would say 2 but I only got one. Forgot to mention we spent $400+ at the store..

The staff in store was very helpful. She’s very knowledgeable with the products. She was able to help me with doing a skin test for me and choosing the right products for my skin type.

I only come here out of convenience but I do not like it here. The staff don’t seem very friendly or helpful. They’re not mean but I always dread interacting with them. The store itself is nice, very standard.

I went to the store yesterday and asked for some samples of olive hair pack to try. The girl who helped me, Vansa, was super nice and gave me some tips to take care of my hair :)

Worst Customer service I experienced in my life. There were 4 employees working all with customers. 3 of them were at the cashiers purchasing their products. I knew the product that I wanted so I lined up behind them. The first customer finished and left. The second did the same thing. I was left waiting for 15 mins wondering if I was allowed to buy this product. The second employee comes back and says are you ready? I have not moved in that 15 mins and she asks me that. Frustrated, I made little chit chat and purchased my product and left. Maybe I didn't look the part for them to help me. Mind you I was carrying my baby so you would think they would try to help me quicker.

This store location is my go to Kiehl's. Even though the one @metrotown is closer to where i live. I stilled shopped here 4+ years.I shopped again on family day 25%off. A lady named Karen helped me patiently. I really like her service I grabbed 2 set gift sets and some other products and left.I went back to the store for return after a week due to skin sensation and breakouts after used one of the products. A lady named Cynthia was standing in front of the counter. I told her i'd like to do a return.She ask me with a weird attitude Oh wat

Worst customer service EVER.I use their products for years, and they were questioning me about that, even yell at me when I was checking my product. EXCUSE ME???Please train your staff properly and teach them what manner is, we would be REALLY appreciated it :)Moreover, whenever I use their online shopping, my credit card got false transections. After I stopped, it never happened again.

The staffs were busy with other customers. I can understand it is close to Christmas so busy, however, nobody did notice me while I waited in front of the cashier for like 5 min and only care for other customers. And the staff said thanks for the waiting to other customer but not to me. Just selling the item and that’s it. Need to improve more customer service while in a busy time.

10/10 Customer service. VERY kind and VERY informative. I think her name was Jocelyn because I see that name on the receipt but she was super friendly!
