The Lash Room By Chay

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience getting my lash extensions by Chay.I am quite a people person and was not met with much hospitality.My experience is as follows:- Chay left the building (I could hear her leave the back door) while my eyelashes were being dyed. I ended up in excruciating pain, as my eyes burned from the dye. I've had my lashes dyed before and did not have a burning experience like this. I've also had laser eye surgery and was comparing the pain to this experience.- I was very uncomfortable on the bed to the point of body pain (this is partially on me as I could have asked to be readjusted, but the lack of hospitality made me uncomfortable in asking)- my lashes did not match, my left eye was quite bare compared to my right. I was told I had a lot of baby lashed so she had to add fans" to my lashes

I tried several places for lashes in Kingston and Lash Room by Chay is the one I stick with.She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Has all options (Natural, 3D etc) available and will give aftercare advice no one ever gave me before.I strongly recommend.

I have never had my lashes done before coming to Chay and now I don’t think I could ever go back! She is attentive and gentle and I always leave obsessed with my lashes!

Chay is exceptional!! Eyelash extensions is very subtle work and requires experience and diligence to achieve the results. My eyelashes are super natural and beautiful!!! I changed several salons and masters and finally I found the one who I can completely rely on! P.S. her quality of work and cost us unbelievably reasonable!! So highly recommend her

Although I'm no stranger to lash extensions (8+ years?), Chay has been doing my lashes for nearly the past year and I can't sing enough praises. She works quickly (which is nice for my schedule) but that doesnt compromise of quality of work. She is thorough and my lashes hold up well for the 3 weeks refill schedule I'm on (which hasn't always been the case with other lash techs I've gone to). I LOVE the way her application approach makes my eyes look... I barely ever wear makeup anymore because the lashes do all the work - which means I can get away with pressing the snooze button in the morning. Amazing! ♡♡♡

Chay is by far the best lash tech I've ever been to! I've been going to her for about 2 years now and have only ever had great experiences. She is very experienced and it shows in her work. I always love how my lashes turn out!!

Chay has been doing my lashes for years. She is professional, and incredibly skilled in the application of her custom lashes. She creates art that makes her clients feel confident and sexy, without overdoing it. My lashes always look natural, with a little flare of drama- which I love. Her space is clean and sets the tone for a cozy snooze while you’re having your lashes done! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my lashes! She’s the best ❤️

I can’t thank Chay enough. I always love my lashes and the entire experience. First her set up is so cozy and inviting. Second she talks with you makes sure you’re getting exactly what you want. I wear glasses and we made sure that the lashes didn’t bother with them and that they are comfy. My eyes can be a bit sensitive and she’s great for making sure I’m doing good through my appointment and checking up after. I recommend you visiting her you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Chay is easy and great to deal with! Her work looks amazing. She also understands lash health amazingly and helped me fix my lashes after my previous lash tech. I've gone to her multiple times now and will continue to return :)
