I bought multiple pieces today from the Tent Sale, I dealt with Kanika first and she was amazing!! Beyond accommodating to all of our questions and helped us get a good deal on our items! 10/10 would recommend working with Kanika. Also the manager on shift at that time, was great & Very willing to do business; I wish I got his name.Upon pickup an hour later, we seen a couple more things - the next guy we dealt with was James & he was not as accommodating. He wasn’t open to negotiations, he would tell us “the manager wouldn’t do that” without even going to ask; it seemed like he just wanted more money out of us - when Kanika actually cared about helping us.When we talked to the new manager on shift - a guy with long black/grey hair - he spoke to us for 1 minute & was more interested in going for a smoke on the side of the building.I inquired about a bed frame but “because there was 1 left in Edmonton” (none in stock on website) he wasn’t willing to talk negotiations at all.Had I seen the other 3 items when we were dealing with Kanika, we would’ve bought them. Oh well.

Ordered a tv stand and went to this location to pick it up. I was promised the item by email today and was first told its en route still. Then I was told its been in the store all day. I went to the store and was told to go around to loading dock. Nobody answered the buzzer for half hour. 6-7 customers all waiting. One employee answered the door and told us customers to wait while these we all watched and waited for them to load their delivery trucks. Like I have time to wait for them when 6-7 customers waiting outside after being storied all day. Customer service FAIL. If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. Never go back to the Brick they just want your money

In store experience was for sure 5star.But delivery service was ridiculous. Check the photos how I got delivered my brand new mattress.I ordered and paid for a mattress protector but I didn’t get it delivered on the delivery day. When I checked with the store they said it’s still in Edmonton. “If you still need it we can make arrangements to deliver it to you in a week” that is the awesome answer I got…Delivery and related services deserves 0 star rating. At least they should have wrapped it all around. Worst paid delivery service I ever received$90 for the delivery was wasted..for no reason.They didn’t even take all the garbage (plastic wraps and zip ties) from the bed roomSorry to post it in public… hopefully you will provide better service based on reviews I believe.

Kaushal was absolutely an amazing sales person!! He was attentive, yet not pushy. He gave us the freedom to look for what we needed while being available at the same time. We ended up purchasing numerous furniture pieces because of him. He deserves a raise or promotion - he should be at the front and center of the store; professional, respectful, helpful and great personality - all of which you want to greet your customers and create the desire to shop!!

I was in the store looking for a dinning table for my new home. The employee named Maison came up to me and helped me find my dream table and even loaded it up for me! I’ve never received such amazing help and knowledge before. I definitely recommend he gets a raise !!!!!

I came to The Brick Idylwyld. I was looking for queen size mattress. My friend referred Rishit Jain because he is really good and I didn’t expected he can give me better deals than other stores.

Kanika helped me pick the right coffee table set for my living room, very well spoken and knowledgeable, she was very patient to understand what I need and showed me the right product . If anyone is going to brick at this location, look for Kanika, she surely will guide you in the right direction.
