Having Meli be our Day-of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we ever made. The only regret we have is not hiring her sooner to plan the entire thing. Meli was so professional, calm, intelligent, organized, reassuring but most importantly she delivered on the actual day of our wedding. Everything we planned and envisioned for our wedding was perfectly executed by Meli. Our wedding day could not have gone more seamlessly and we had over 8 different vendors to coordinate and over 140 guests.She has such an amazing work ethic and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. She was always responsive to our emails and phone calls from the moment we hired her. We hired Meli as a Day of Coordinator for our outdoor farm wedding. I can not imagine our wedding without her. Meli was the best wedding planner! I love how she broke down the steps for me at the beginning and gave me timelines on when we needed to do things.She communicated so well along the entire year and helped me contact vendors getting all the quotes. She really took the hard job of sending a million emails for a million quotes, then broken them down for me to choose from. So appreciate that!Our last minute changes of location screwed up our entire decor plan but she made our new spot the exact vibe we talked about the whole time. We hired Meli 3 months before our wedding date and she was absolutely fantastic towork with!She was very accommodating and organized. When it came to new ideas or questions about vendors etc she would always respond quickly.The day of the wedding was smooth sailing all thanks to her and her team! which took a lot of stress off us.Our decor was spot on and she nailed our vision so perfectly.I highly recommend Meli & her team!!

I am impressed with how organized and accommodating Meli is. She would follow up with me regarding vendors and scheduling and she was quick to respond to my questions. We had an issue arise with one of the vendors early in the day and I didn’t find out about it until we sat down to have dinner. She dealt with the whole issue and came to me with the solution.
