Ken helped us remove bats that were roosting in our attic. He installed a one way bat valve and the bats were all out within a couple nights. Droppings were removed from the attic and the area was sanitized. He also installed a bat house on an old pole on our property.

Excellent service, Ken is a man of his word, after hearing my problem about rodent activity that has been an issue for several years, Ken guaranteed to resolve my rodent problem. He started service in Dec. /17, a month later and 12 rats removed, Ken had sealed all entry points that the rats were using to make entry into our attic and crawl space. I had a bat in my home. Ken responded right away and then returned the next day to permanently seal up all locations in my home where unwanted critters could possibly enter. Very friendly, courteous, and prompt service.

We have used Island Wildlife Control for many wildlife issues including raccoon and squirrel removal from attics/crawl spaces, wildlife proofing decks and sheds, bat removal, crawl space/attic decontamination, rodent control and wasp nest removals. Always able to get the job done including on short notice and holidays.

Never reply to my husbands numerous emails and to my online chat. Tried to call and no one answered. We've been waiting for 7 months if they can still do the work for our crawlspace. Did the so-called pest control. Came to our place unannounced and just said they caught 13 mouse, but never showed at least one. Im not sure if this company is still operating.

These guys solved a long-term rodent problem we were experiencing in a residential property. Rodents were gone within 2 months and the crawl space was encapsulated several months later. Crawl space is bright, dry and has saved us 30% on heating costs.

Excellent service and very pleasant all around. We had a sick raccoon hanging about the yard and were very worried as it turned fearless. It was a holiday long weekend but Ken came out on Sunday within 30 minutes of calling him and we were set. The next day he was again out within 30 minutes to pick the raccoon up (who was munching happily in his very humane trap), the whole process was done with genuine care for the critter. Ken got back to us within a few days with a health report and we got real peace of mind -- we know who to call if we ever have a critter issue again. It's rare to find such a professional, polite and responsive service in any industry these days. Highly recommended!!!

We called Ken to help with a family of squirrels living in our roof and wall. He came within a few days and was very positive, explaining how he would deal with the issue. He left his card, said he would have time next week and asked me to email him for the quote. He never did respond to my multiple emails or phone calls after that.I then called Old Island Pest Control who came and dealt with the problem in a prompt and professional manner. Save yourself the time and call another company.

I am delighted with the service I received from Island Wildlife Control. Ken came to my house right on time, he is knowledgeable, efficient, cheerful and extremely helpful. He gave me excellent advice as well.

Can't say enough about Island Wildlife & Pest Control. Ken drove from Nanaimo to Victoria, to help us with a rodent issue. Other professionals have never been as thorough, he inspected from roof to basement to find where the critters are entering, and offered expert opinions on simple fixes. He will do a follow up in a month or so, but as of now we believe he was bang on! Thanks Island Wildlife
