Knowledgeable, courteous staff with chill, non-pushy demeanor. Ashley specifically, has always been exceptionally helpful and courteous- even going so far as to personally pull every pair of trousers the store stock in my size (on multiple occasions). Makes all the difference when you're dropping a little bit of coin for a quality product to have the service back it up. Cute shop puppy too.

Sitting pretty on Ossington is a really large Tiger of Sweden. The size of the store is something I normally would see in a big shopping mall. Tiger of Sweden fits Ossington nicely as the location and brand both lean towards the young, urban, and trendy. You do need to bring your gold card here though... it does have really nice textures and quality but you pay for it.Right now in December, they have some really great sales. Stepping in the large serene and modern space, I noticed more than half the rack had 30 to 40% off. I was impressed as it wasn't just a token rack in the back on sale. The clean lines and fit of the clothes leans torwards the European slim build and I personally like that. Tiger of Sweden did originally start in menswear but their woman's wear is really nice as well. Think easy pieces that transition from Bay St office to evening in a nice upscale restaurant.The service here is friendly and attentive ... though they do know that it is annoying to hover. They don't do that thankfully. They offer insights on sizing as it is in European sizing. It's not the usual American brand sizing. It was easy to try items on and even though I tried on a few coats among the store, I never once felt the heavy pressure of a sales tactic.Overall, really nice clean modern aesthetic that will last beyond a season in terms of quality & style.

I edited this from 4 stars because I had meant to give it 5...I went into the Ossington location looking for a specific button-up shirt that was on sale and a suit. Staff went out of their way to find the shirt in my size and order it in and then called me a couple days later when the suit I had originally wanted came in in my size. Solid service!

Amanda the manager is amazing. She is always thinking about pieces that suit you. They have a lifetime guarantee on their jeans and she treats every customer like they're the best customer! They've got everything from cozy sweaters to beautiful suits. Check them out!

I liked the suit I bought here very much. People complimented my outfit at my friend's wedding. Can't wait to be back soon enough to buy another.

I got the impression that they really want to make sure the customer walks away happy with their purchases and I am grateful that they reached out.Original: Disappointed in product knowledge. I tried on two sizes of flats and the salesperson urged me to get the smaller pair even though I told her the shoes were way too tight. She emphasized that the shoes stretch significantly. So I bought a pair of flats that I will never be able to wear comfortably because the shoes haven't really stretched at all. So disappointing.

I spoke to Amanda to order the Cori coat by phone and she was professional, friendly and on the ball on my request. I couldn't visit the store to buy the item so her and the marketing team made it super easy for me to go online and purchase the item there. I love the suits and socks here. It's good quality and casual chic. Expensive yes, but it is worth it if you are a savvy shopper and know your way around sales eventsEveryone working here is impeccably dressed (this is located in Ossington after all) and it's a tastefully designed space in grey and warm lightingPlease ask for Josh when you shop here. It was a Sunday late afternoon and I couldn’t find a pair of shoes anywhere and decided on a whim to come to this store and voila the perfect shoes were there. The staff was SO FRIENDLY, I forgot their names but they can take all my money.
