Been shopping here for 5 years. One of the best organic food stores I’ve ever found and the staff are always nice. Awesome selection of natural products and they have a nursery! If you want to be healthy this is the place for you.

I am very happy to have this organic store so close to my home. They offer a fresh and varied selection of mainly local organic vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy products, awesome brine pickles, and the list goes on to cleaning and hygiene products. I am always greeted when I go in and get a Thank you" when I leave."

Adorable little nook store, carries everything from basic necessities to spiritual supplies and beyond. Theres always a little selection of plants right at the front door and the smell of the place is incredible. Really good prìces and lots of selection

If I could give 7 stars, I would.We have lived in the area for upwards of two years now and 7 Star Organics has become our exclusive place for groceries. The proprietors are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, answering any and all questions one might have about their products. And if there's something particular you're looking for they do their best to order it in if at all possible. Most of their inventory is sourced locally and within Canada, hand picked to provide their clientele the best products for health and well-being. Products include organic produce, dry goods, dairy products, pro-biotics, ethically and locally sourced meats, vegetarian and vegan alternatives, sustainable and natural toiletries (including toilet paper, soaps, detergents, toothpastes, deodourants etc.), vitamin and nutritional supplements for all walks of life, an impressive indoor/outdoor gardening supply (including annuals, perennials, veggie starters, seeds, gardening tools, planter boxes), pet foods, and much more. 7 Star Organics is truly a superior local alternative to 'big box' stores for those of us committed to improving ourselves and the environment, with a large part of that being through our consumer purchases. It's so refreshing to feel a welcoming sense of community in this day and age, so I wholeheartedly recommend shopping here and supporting your local businesses. With fair competitive prices, high-quality organic goods, and exceptional customer services, 7 Star Organics walks the walk when it comes to healthy living.

Awesome, super convenient little spot with super reasonable prices. Tons of vegan options which is impressive given the small amount of space they have to work with, and the produce prices are on par with no frills or superstore, but you’re getting much better quality. Good little selection of natural remedies/vitamins as well. I’ve only ever gotten great customer service, even going above and beyond by giving me a free plant when the one I’d originally bought was a little worse for wear.

Right when we walked in the doors we felt at ease. To find a local natural food store that actually focuses on providing good products and service instead of just a trendy overpriced store front. The owners are great people and are accepting of all. They have an emphasis on making a safe environment to shop and selling only sustainable food. We go weekly to stock up on their amazing bulk foods!

They have so many vegan and gluten free baking ingredient options it makes my heart SING. I've been looking for vegan friendly chocolate chips everywhere and they had them! Also good selection of vegan pizzas, milks and wonderful kombucha. Always makes my day coming into this quaint shop and will continue to shop here for all my vegan needs!

The store itself is well stocked with a wide range of organic basics and some rare finds. We used to shop there for staples, treats and the quick “oops, I’m missing an ingredient for dinner” runs. If the quality and variety of the products are all that matter to you, highly recommend this place. (Currently also well-stocked for quarantine gardening.)However, as locals, we’ve stopped supporting the store because of the owners (well, one of them in particular). It seems like a strange business strategy to lash out frequently at the same neighbours who are also their customer base. A business that could be building community, seems to be going out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. Yelling out their windows, aggressively confronting people for standing on and ruining their lawn (the same lawn that they themselves drive their truck on), in the past calling parking enforcement on people parking outside our own homes, the list goes on…It’s got to the point that I get anxiety walking past their property, never knowing if I will be on the receiving end of some kind of verbal attack. (For some context, we have a small, enthusiastic dog who does, unfortunately, get vocally alarmed by skateboarders and strange noises, and who, like everyone else, needs to pee, but we always try to be considerate, and even pick up a little extra poop if we see it, so blasting me for other dog owners’ actions just seems uncalled for.)After the first few incidents of strange or unkind behaviour, it took us a few weeks to go back and give them another chance, but now after a few months and receiving nothing but hostility from the owner, we are happier even without the convenience of being able to pop into an otherwise lovely shop.Perhaps as individuals, our small boycott means nothing to their bottom line, but I genuinely hope that the owner will reconsider her unnecessarily adversarial attitude before she alienates even more people who would otherwise still be smiling when they pass by, or stopping in to buy groceries.I wish them luck.

Today, I witnessed one of the owners yell at a young female customer. The customer had shared they felt unsafe because the owners and their employee were not wearing masks indoors. One of the owners proceeded to yell at the customer for their feedback. At one point the owner said maybe you should try putting a plastic bag over your head and see how that feels."...... Who TF says that to another person???The owner could not converse about feedback and was SO RUDE.I am not going back here again and will be informing friends and neighbors in the Burnaby heights community.The way she treated her customer was not justified."
