Horrible experience. The manager was rude and difficult to deal with.We had new hardy plank applied and they removed it. When I expressed my desire to have the piece returned they dropped off a piece that didn't fit and left it for me to do. Not what we paid good money for. Not happy with the end results. The lady in the office is awesome

We bought all new windows for our rental property that we fully renovated. They were far superior windows than any of the big box stores, the price was far less, and the installation and installers were superb and fast. Milgard is a fantastic product and came with a lifetime warranty. If we ever sell the new owners get a 15 year warranty as well. Having been in business for 47 years in Vernon nobody I ever talked to knows as much about windows as they do. Can't recommend them enough.

Very reliable and nice to begin with, the guy who was contracted to install the Windows was a very nice guy but took a very long time to get the job done. What should have taken less then a week took over two and I'm left to do the clean up and finishing touches, including fixing damage done to my walls. The manager was very rude and aggressive when it came to discussing the situation and coming to a resolution. The woman in the office was the best person from this company!

Bought a house window package for my high end custom home. Best price, best windows and the nicest people!! Lifetime warranty on my beautiful windows and they are so energy efficient. We have several homes and now come here for all of our window needs.
