Absolutely amazing service from Daniel, treated my home like his own, took the time to make sure I had what I needed, and even called me a few days after the install to check in. I really felt taken care of and would recommend to anyone. Top notch team.

He took his time to ensure everything was properly installed as well as he gave me very helpful insights on best locations for the sensors and the best type of sensors that fit my home.Thanks Daniel and all Doven team.

Very impressed with this company. I called and got quotes from 4-5 security cameras in the area. This was the only one that pulled up a photo of my house, asked me to walk them through the layout of the rooms and our main use case to find the best solution for us. I had lots of questions and they were all answered with patience and in great detail. The technician who came to install the system in my house was able to make a few minor adjustments to the plan to make sure it was as secure as possible. Other companies asked me 0 questions and just sent me a quote. Pricing was actually slightly less with Doven, and that included equipment, install, and no monthly fee for the first year, as with other companies that I got quotes from.

The price is right, and seems even more affordable when you realize how responsive their employees are to any questions or system modifications within minutes of a call or text. I was most impressed when they responded rapidly to my silly questions on a Saturday night about battery replacement in motion sensors that were not even installed by their service. Warm and welcoming staff with unbeatable security options - I could not be more pleased!

Amazing service!! We had 4 alarm companies quote us for our industrial building. The first 3 just wanted to try and convince us that our existing equipment had to go. Doven was honest and assured us that not only can they use our existing equipment they added an app which was included in their already very competitive monitoring. I will not have to shop around again next alarm system. I am even switching my home alarm to them as well.
