I've had the pleasure of working with Aragon for many years. Thought runs deep here… they are constantly focused on finding ways to enrich the communities in which they build and making sure that the homes they craft are well considered inside and out. They are uniquely positioned to lead the process from start to finish – selecting the right piece of land, designing the homes, construction, sales and homeowner care – it's all in house. This kind of control over quality is something that really sets Aragon apart.

Do not recommend buying a presale unit from this developer. They will sell you on your dream home but give you a shack. So many deficiencies and problems with the Platform building and nothing has been addressed almost a year from moving in. Any shortcuts they can take to save money, they will do it. Their Home Owner experience manager Jackie and deficiencies manager Roland has both quit this company. What does that say when their own employees tells the homeowners how many issues there are. So buyer beware!!!

We bought into an Aragon building (Platform) and have had a very poor experience. The building was over 2 years late with very little communication from the company. It would be sometimes weeks/months without having responses from our emails. Once in the building, the common areas were poorly finished and very poor security. We’ve had numerous break ins as they have yet to program our elevators (we’ve been in the building for almost 5 months). The locks they put on the storage locker rooms and bike rooms are not adequate, as well as our mailroom (all have been broken into). I would never recommend Aragon. I would actively discourage people from buying as it’s been such a horrendous experience.

Aragon's floor plans and building structures are very unique to the Vancouver scene.They are meticulous with their design and offer their buyers a one of a kind experience to purchase a home that embeds a beautiful brick wall, high ceilings, expansive rooms and top of the line kitchen space for a fair value. Location wise, it's safe, peaceful and adds a nice scenic walkway right behind the building.Our Home Experience Manager Jackie Chan was courteous and attentive throughout the whole process while we were looking to fix the minor decencies which came with the home but these were no fault of their own. The sole contractors Aragon hired to install the appliances and fireplaces were behind on their deliveries and there's nothing both parties could have done. Despite what any news outlet says, Jackie and Adam are amazing people and worked extremely hard to resolve all of our issues which weren't that many.Appreciate the whole team at Aragon.

Working with Aragon has been an absolute pleasure! The team have been excellent collaborative partners over the last few years. They prioritize their buyers experience above everything and it shows! Excited to continue working with them in the years to come!

BUYERS BE WARE.We have had the absolute WORST experience with Aragon and their staff over the last 5 years. We purchased a pre-sale townhome in Port Moody in 2017- it completed over 4 years later (2 whole years past the outside closing date). Since we moved in 6 months ago, there have been hundreds of deficiencies not addressed. Safety concerns for my family with young children include chipped glass panels on stairway railings, incomplete fencing that my toddlers can squeeze through on our patio, windows that don't have safety stops.. the list goes on.We spent almost 1 million dollars on this brand new home and it has brought nothing but headaches.Additionally, Aragon has SO MANY incomplete parts to the development, especially security related. We have had over 5 break-ins in the last 3 months here and people are losing items in the storage and bike rooms. This is someone who knows the building and likely has fob access.DO NOT buy from Aragon- you will be dealing with unresolved issues for years and no one will care to help you.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a unit in “Amber” and couldn’t be happier with the process - and above all the professionalism I experienced when dealing with Aragon. Fantastic floor plans, location and overall very satisfied with the project. Great experience from start to finish.

My experience as a commercial tenant dealing with Mike Lowe has been fantastic. He has demonstrated a genuine interest in the success of our business and has been supportive of what me and my partners are trying to build as female business owners. Mike's attentiveness to my queries is admirable given the number of properties he oversees. He has personally troubleshooted with me and always follows up.
