I am very pleased with the assistance I received from Ryan. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He explained what had caused the problem and what he had to do to fix it, and he fixed it!Before I called you I read some of the reviews, including several negative ones, and was impressed that the negative ones were followed up.I won’t hesitate to recommend your company to others.

We. Had an outdoor water problem. Called John the plumber. Easy to make an appointment. Jamie arrived on time and after explaining our problem he quickly went to work. Found the problem and fixed it. Would definitely recommend service.

We have had employees from John the Plumber work on our newly purchased condo, three times and each time the employees have been professional, courteous, and great to work with. James was just here today to work on a new issue that came up suddenly. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within a half an hour. We appreciate the service we get from John the Plumber and their staff.

Thank you so much to Jamie for everything he did to fix our toilet. We ended up needing to have a new toilet installed and our main line cleared. Jamie was so helpful and promptly dealt with all our issues. We were definitely anxious to get it fixed, and Jamie worked so hard to solve our problem. We would absolutely recommend him and won't hesitate to call if we have any plumbing needs in the future!

I was amazed at the promptness, courtesy (from Sean on the phone to Scott and Ryan for the quote). They were so helpful (Ryan even carried my groceries upstairs for me!) and well-groomed. I would heartily recommend them. We haven't decided yet if we are going to go ahead with the project but if we do we will definitely use them.

They sent a plumber for a clog who didn't bother to do an inspection on the state of a century home's plumbing first. Instead, he augered for hours before it occured to him to take a look in the basement when he couldn't clear it. He discovered that the cast pipe was crumbled. They then sent me an $800 bill and a quote for $4800 to fix it.I got it fixed for less than $800 by a better company.My toilet is leaking under the floor because he didn't bother to secure one of the bolts. Now, I have to pay to have that fixed.Sherrie in the office took the position that due diligence and competence isn't part of their job and has ignored me since.I'm a single, physically disabled mother. These people have no conscience.

He worked many hours to not only put in our outdoor tap, but to make sure everything was running properly.We are so thankful he did! We had a pinhole leak from our old pipe that we would not have noticed quickly. He fixed it right away and made sure everything was done right. The price was very reasonable too!We will definitely use this business again and recommend it to our friends!

Ryan and friend (sorry didn't get your name!) we're fantastic and went above and beyond. I really appreciated them walking me through the problems, why it was occuring and discussing my options, then going over everything after they finished. And they did a great job cleaning up afterwards which I wasn't expecting so thank you very much guys! :)

Called in the late evening and pleasantly surprised that someone was available to speak with! Plumber came the next morning and he was quick, efficient, and very helpful. A great attitude and work was completed with no issues.
