Feel like its been long enough to leave this review, but I’ve been waiting on a graphics card coming on 2 years this December. (late december to early january 2020 was when the plans for part orders were made.) I am totally aware of the whole crypto situation when it comes to graphics cards and while the people i DID get to work with at east st paul computers were pleasant to work and talk with, i have received ZERO UPDATES or calls back to say where we are at with finding parts. I am a fairly patient person but 2 years is a very disappointing amount of time to wait for a single computer part with little to no updates from the company and i would rate higher if only for the fact that i left this company with the full intended payment and still dont have all the parts to show for it. You would be better off finding computer parts elsewhere.

Lann is knowledgable and pleasant. He helped me with purchasing a Mac laptop. He gave me good advice and gave me options based on my proposed use. I recommend this company to individual consumers and businesses. He has the expertise to provide solutions that may save you money with hardware and software puchases.

Great service and well educated on their service. Is the only place I go since 2008. Great communication and understand my needs and wants for my PC.

I won’t go elsewhere. Lann is thorough and totally on top of the fast changing technology and trends. His advice is always solid. He keeps my pc and laptop out of trouble. Me too!

Syd was so knowledgeable and kind to us. We wanted a laptop to suit our needs, as we didn't know what we wanted or needed. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. When we chose what we wanted, he went over everything with us from start to finish. He gladly downloaded all of our data to our new computer. Syd even followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions or concerns about our purchase. Great competitive prices, and Syd's customer service was outstanding! I took my 26 inch touch screen all in one HP desk top 3 years old at the time- in for a new hard drive which the owner said was causing the loud whining in the machine - well while they had it in their shop one of the workers dropped it and broke the touch screen -ugly spiderweb and hole in the top corner - I went to pick it up and all they said was sorry accidents happen - they were supposed to order me a new screen - but that was the last I heard from them -and it still whines too - not happy at all

I have been dealing with East St. Paul Computers since 2008. Lann is very knowlegable and carries top notch quality products. His service has always been very good.

Nice guy and was Initially was very helpful in ordering what I needed. When I tried to follow up and get what I had ordered I had a very hard time. I called about 15x within 2 weeks with no answer ever. Nor did he have an option to leave a voicemail. I showed up to the store to talk to him in person and although there was an OPEN sign, no one was in the store. There was a sign on the door that said to call his number and yet again he did not answer. I have given up trying to order computer parts through him and will be looking elsewhere. Very frustrating.

he was very helpful in explaining what need to be done to restore data from my corrupt hard drive. super nice guy
