The service is very bad. We placed an order online and when we walked for the order. The girls talked to each other in their own language that they are ONLINE order and let them step aside. Then we asked them why we had to wait for the order for so long. We placed the order online because we did not had the time for it right!!!! Then one girl said she is the manager and is paying to get LMIA and she know the rules.First, what we have to do if she is getting LMIA.Second, we were getting late that is why we had online order.When we tried to explain her our situation her did not even applolosized or even consider to calm down the situation.Do not want to give ONE star also.

Please update open hours on google , I was there at 4 am it closes at 5 am as per google but the door was locked and employee said its closed than why the open sign was on. I drove 20 min to get there worst experience.

I have placed order and it was really very bad experience . The staff is very rude and i have specially mentioned a foot long with grill and toasted but when i got it was neither grill nor toasted.It is not just one or two time but regularly i have faced same issues.

I placed an online order for a sub, I specifically mentioned about the extra sauces. But I didn’t got it and after that I asked for sauce on the side and he barely put any sauce in the container. I really wish they focus more on customer service rather that food cost saving.

Ordered a sub on Uber eats got no meat on the sub and I know I didn’t get the wrong order because all of the toppings I ordered are on it. Completely wrong sauces and got cookies instead of chips. The staff here is ridiculously rude and lazy save your money and go somewhere else

I ordered yesterday there for online pick up and it was the worst sandwich i have ever ate till now. Employee was really rude when i was there to pick up my and my friends sandwich we order 7 sandwiches there none of them were made correctly. One of the most worst experience i have ever experienced. I really need reply from manager or owner. This is not first time i am experiencing this it’s been always like this. But now it’s enough.

The staff is rude and snapped at us when we simply asked to change gloves due to allergies. They rushed is and snapped at us again when asking for extra meet and cheese. I was embarrassed for my daughter ,myself and the mom and small child sitting in the restaurant. They refused to refund the money when I asked because of their rudeness and picked a fight with my daughter because she told them they needed to speak nicer. I have lodges a complaint with head office and following up here. I will NEVER step foot in that restaurant again . A horrible experience all around.
