Matt knew exactly what the problem was with my vehicle as soon as I described the problem. Got it fixed for less than what my regular mechanic was charging. Made me think that I should use their service department and get original Ford parts for a very fair price for now on.

Had to give 3,started this process with you back in December 2022 and was supposed to have been resolved by January 2023, Waited for the call and came in again and was told that there was no ticket open as yet had to do that again only to be told the second time upon inquiry that there was no ticket open again. But the 3rd time was a charm I guess the gentleman who Help me kept true to his word and got it done with in the said time period. Sorry I forgot your Name your Rock!!!
