The service staff in this store has a very bad attitude. When I was picking and trying clothes as normal, he came over and told me not to litter" his clothes and warned me not to try clothes again. I don't like his attitude very much. While，except for this specific person

Good selection of clothes but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took many follow ups and too much effort on my part just to get a response (it took weeks).Although I understand that they couldn't work with me to issue a refund on a sale item that cost $500+, as it's their policy, it definitely felt like they had put my emails in the too hard" pile and we're hoping that I would just stop following up.Unless you're from Toronto yourself

Went there yesterday for an exchange on a pair of shoes that I purchased online. Great staff and customer service. I usually shop online but may shop in store more often moving forward.

I've ordered online numerous times. The service is always consistent, shipping is quick. Nomad carries many exclusive clothing items which are difficult to find elsewhere in Canada. I would recommend Nomad to everyone looking for one of a kind clothing and accessories.

I experienced amazing service for an online purchase and just wanted to share here - I made 2 back to back purchases during a clothing drop and had to reach out to their email to hopefully get the orders combined. They promptly responded to me and quickly helped me with my request. On top of this we ordered more pieces from the same collection from 2 other sites and by far the experience with Nomad was the best, they had the fastest shipping, zero issues with the received order, and even informed me asap when an item had gone out of stock and refunded the purchase. Thank you Nomad team - I really appreciate your online support team going above and beyond!

This is a great Toronto clothing shop! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and there’s something for everyone. The styles and variety are so unique regarding the dress wear but there’s also so much else from toiletries to accessories. I highly recommend Nomad and support local!

I've been to this store a few times in the past but this is based on my online experience. I ended up purchasing an item from them online. Shipping is fairly quick. Took about 3 days total. (Mind you I am in the GTA as well) Would highly recommend purchasing from them if you're looking for specific items.
