Sami and his team were exactly what you'd hope for; professional, courteous, prompt, quick and efficient at a very reasonable price. I contacted them on Thursday and they we're at my place the following Monday and we could not have asked for better service. They arrived with one extra guy than originally planned as well as dollies and blankets. I will recommend them again and again hands down. Thanks guys.

They came on time, they delivered on their word and most of all, they were so accommodating and experienced. From all the negative news going about bad movers and ripping people off, this was the complete opposite. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family members for the move.

Had them move me twice in 6 years. They time I needed a 26’ truck with movers. They said they would arrive at 12:30 and they were right on time. They moved my 3bedroom house in no time with zero damage. Moved all my furniture with care. Super impressed with them once again.

Got my house moved today, Jun 7. Very fast and efficient. I booked 2 guys and a truck for 3 hours and they arrived 3 guys to get the job done within 1.5h. I absolutely recommend them for friends. Great job guys.

We used them twice for moving a 1-bedroom. The first move went smoothly, a couple items of furniture got scratched but we didn’t care much because it was cheap IKEA furniture. They moved everything out in good time, disassembled and reassembled our bed frame, and that was what we cared about.So we decided to use them again for the second move as their pricing is very reasonable. I like Sami and his movers as people and felt bad for all the heavy lifting they were doing in hot summer weather, but still came away dissatisfied with the service.- They didn’t have my number so if I didn’t go downstairs to look for them a few minutes after they were supposed to arrive, they said they would’ve left. When I first made the inquiry or in the follow up, shouldn’t a moving company ensure a way to contact the customer?- They said they would bring a 26 ft truck but brought a 20 ft truck, which leads me to…- They couldn’t move everything, as they said some items were too fragile, including two tvs, dumbbells/weight set, a table lamp, and other stuff that wasn’t breakable but in plastic bags. I gave them an itemized list of what needed to be moved in advance, and they said no problem. If they needed TV boxes, I wish they would’ve told me in advance. Not sure why they couldn’t move the weights, they were in a sturdy box. Table lamp - ok fine, but in conjunction with everything else they left, it was annoying. The stuff in plastic bags, they could’ve just thrown in the truck. It took us two days afterwards and several back and forth trips to get everything left behind. It was lucky that we planned to move everything with a few days to spare before the lease on our old place was up, or we would’ve been screwed and working through the night.- They brought plastic wrap but nothing else, no blankets or anything.- I communicated weeks in advance about the elevator reservation times with them at the old and new place. The new place was strict about not moving between 4-6pm. Sami said he’d try to get it done in 3 hours (1-4). They finished moving everything out of the old place by 3:30 and wanted to go for lunch, until I reminded him about the elevator at the new place. I feel bad they went without lunch but that was the point of me communicating that earlier. They finished at 5:30/6, in total 5 hours, but our new building was upset with the elevator situation.- Not a big deal for us, but we listed each box with a location on top and sides and they didn’t put things in the right place. It was kind of half half.- Payment, I wish we’d been given notice in advance about payment options. Who has that much cash sitting around these days?Wish them the best, but we’ll probably go with a different option in the future.
