I would recommend Arscott Plumbing without hesitation! We has an unexpected water leak through our ceiling through to the main floor. We called Arscott on a Friday afternoon and two workers arrived within an hour. They did a thorough examination and although the leak had stopped they made recommendations on how to monitor the situation. They were very professional and although cuts had to be made in our ceiling they cleaned everything up before leaving. A week later the leak re-appeared and the owner Jordan responded to our call immediately and arrived again within the hour. Jordan was able to find the problem as well as another potential issue that could have caused a major problem down the road. Curtis was the plumber assigned to our job and we can't say enough about how professional and attentive to detail he was. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. It has been a pleasure dealing with Jordan and his team. They are extremely responsive to calls; (Jordan even responded to one of my calls while on vacation), pricing is reasonable and the work is top-notch.

Curtis arrived on time and was ready to begin the job. He was professional and very personable. I would use this company again for any of their services available. Curtis hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator. He double-checked that everything was in good working order before leaving. He also cleaned the mess while he worked, which was appreciated.

OMG save yourself some money and just call Arscott plumbing if you want the job done.I had a leak in my basement firstly I called the water heater people I rent from no they said it wasn’t them.I called Reasonable Rooter they said no it’s not the plumbing. Plus I asked them about my rattling pipes every time I turn shower on. They said it would be about a $5,000 problem and that I would then have to get someone else to put all new tiles on my wall. Which later on it happens that my bill came to $650 done by Arscott and they didn’t have to destroy my wall. They got in there fixed it and put a new faucet on with steel shieldbehind it and it looks nice and problemGoing back to finding the leak thoughI next tried calling A1 Roofing because I did just get roof done this past summermaybe something to do with that. They came and checked suggested I call foundation person. Called a foundation co he came and noted that the water is coming from to high up to be your foundation and that foundation looks ok. So it’s not him I need. Maybe it’s plumbing he said.It’s been over a month now and I can’t leave my house for very long because I’ve got to babysit my leak.I phoned a few leak detector places but all in Toronto and they warned they don’t do work in this area but we could come however it will cost you.Somehow I came across Arscott called they said it was I think $197 for the guy to come to check it out I said ok.Gee and his apprentice arrived the next morning. I showed him where water was coming in he looked at put his hands on and felt, took him 1 minute and I saw his eyes light up!!Quick he said to his apprentice get a pitcher of water pour it down that pump by the furnace and out the water came right where it was coming in. He had to cut a small area of the wall to replace a bit of the hose that was broken. He explained that when gas turns to heat it creates water and if not a drain near furnace must travel to drain through pump and this tube. The tube was in the ceiling towards the middle of the house.I was over the moon to FINALLYY have it fixed and it was only a $400 problem compared to if it were a foundation problem could have been $40,000Highly Recommend Them!

When our kitchen sinks backed up and weren't draining we found Arscott plumbing on line and gave them a call. Jordan and his team came the very next day to take a look at our issue. Besides being pleasant and nice to deal with, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was top notch!! We highly recommend Arscott plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. It's so nice to know that we have a go-to plumbing company we can trust and rely on, should we need one in the future.
