Absolutely one of my best contractors that I have ever used. Matt and his team are great at providing immediate attention to projects for estimating and service calls, top notch service team, great respect to our clients and fantastic workmanship. I know when I pick up the phone to call for help, they will solve my clients problems and provide great value for the money. Prices are fair and very reasonable for all the work that they have done for me. Warranty has never been an issue, as they have fixed things right in the first place, so I have never had to call them back to fix a mistake. Rocky Valley Property Services.

Repeatedly failed to show up, lots of excuses, but excuses didn't get my roof fixed. No Payne Roofing did, who showed up the next day.Thankfully No Payne was able to put together a safe plan for completing the work, completed the work, and gave me a bill for 20% less than Rippys quote. All in one day! A timely, safe and economical job by No Payne!!!I can post the entire email chain between myself and Rippys, showing I did not request any unsafe activities, nor verbally abuse anyone. They certainly did decline the work....after I fired them.

The team at Cochrane Roofing has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They came in, gave a professional quote which was very reasonable and fixed the issue within hours. Highly recommend Matt and his crew!

Had a few emergency issues, not only were they quick to check out and repair the situation, they were very professional, and we were extremely happy with their work! We will defiantly use them again :)

We had trim pull away in a wind storm, and it made quite a racket in the night. I called Rippy's in the morning, and in the same day they came out and repaired what was needed.So happy to have them in our area!

Edit to add. I have pictures of the damage caused, video of the vent, and security cameras to support what happened. The fence is on our property not the property line. Which is legal. All that was needed was a knock on the door and I could have advised a simple board under the ladder and not putting it up against our vents. Private property is private.I spoke to the man on site today and allowed them to work from our side as the worker shared his concerns about ladder angle, and was willing to use the board and take my concerns seriously. Glad they were more reasonable and respectful then the employee who responded to my review.Rippy’s Roofing has no regard for the property of neighbours. The do not respect fences and cause damage. I tried speaking with them regarding this after the second time and was told they would not trespass again, however that wasn’t true. I was polite in my interaction with the manager on the phone after the second trespass however Rippy’s has shown no regard for my concerns. When I asked the manager if it is their policy to not ask for permission I was told very rudely that they do whatever they need to do to get to a job. They had workers next door 3 times and not once did they even come to the door to request access, inquire as to what they could do to avoid damaging our property. They simply came over the fence to set up.When I asked the workers on site the 3rd time they said they don’t bother asking. NOTE the workers on site were polite to speak with. They were not told anything by management.I will not be supportive of a company that will be so rude and careless to my neighbours.

Called on Monday morning after a home inspection on one of my listings on a Saturday morning found issues. Repairs were complete the same day complete with pictures as well as the invoice making the sale much easier on all parties. GREAT SERVICE!

Excellent service over the May long weekend. The lead hand Brendan was thorough and diligent in getting the job done. He maintained a positive attitude and provided good communication about the status of the job. Clean up was good and service was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone. Well done!

I emailed Rippy’s at 5am on Friday, they color matched Friday afternoon and the repairs were completed by 5pm on Saturday!!!!!This is the second time we used Rippy’s and this service is consistent with what we experienced last time.Personally, I will never call a different roofing company!
