I've been buying from AJ Sports World for 15+ years online and traveled to Toronto for a few high profile signings conducted by them. I have never had an issue and have always been very happy with whatever I have ordered or had signed. Their online customer service is incredible. I've dealt with Michael a few times now and he has been incredibly helpful. Keep up the great work! One of the best places to get signed items from.

This was my first time purchasing and framing signed jerseys. I first purchased the Matthews jersey from another supplier and got AJ Sports to frame it. I picked it up and was super happy with how it turned out! With this original experience, I would have given it 5 stars and wanted to make another purchase.AJ Sports ended up having an auction sale and I won a Marner jersey. I received the jersey and noticed some small black marks on the 6 but let it be. I sent it in for framing and was disappointed. The frame border was noticeably wider by half an inch on each side. The top and bottom left corners weren’t as flush. The Marner name badge looked a bit messy as well. After some time on the wall, I also noticed discolouration on the Marner jersey number between 1 and 6. Overall, not the same experience that I had the first time. After reaching out with my concerns they mentioned supply chain issues and they try to match them as best as possible. I wish I knew this beforehand because I have them side by side on the wall and it doesn’t match as I envisioned.

These guys are awesome! Been a long time customer of theirs and every person I've encountered has been great especially at their Castlefield location. Anytime I've dropped stuff off for a private signing it's always handled with care...and their public signings are always well organized.
