From the technical expertise and skills of the seasoned mechanics to the breadth of product selection this shop simply can't be beat. Most importantly, Larry and his wife have created a very friendly, welcoming, service orientated atmosphere that is truly a rare find these days. Yes, this place is really that special!!

Found my new go to bike shop! Went in with a few questions and received lots of wonderful answers from Larry (Bear). He explained pros and cons of different bikes, then let me try a few bikes. No pressure, just patient and helpful. We talked a bit more and I walked out a happy customer. Trust me I can be picky and this is the place you want to go to. Great selection of mid to high end bikes in stock.Thank you Bear!

Crashed into my brother of all people, his rear derailleur ended up upside down and in the spokes. I thought I perma broke his group set. Luckily we were nearby. Walked over to GBC and Larry diagnosed the bike and had it fixed with a new rear derailleur, and trued both wheels all in less than a half hour. I will definitely try to crash around here more often! In all seriousness it was awesome how fast and accurately these guys work. It was very entertaining to watch. 10/10 bike shop.

I purchased a Liv Langma Advanced Disc the other day from this shop. I was considering another bike which would of required an auto road trip" of significance. I fell in love with the color but did not want to pay the Avail Pro price point. I had a mountain bike and needed a road bike. Pam answered and listened carefully to us. She clearly explained the purpose of the Langma vs. the Avail. She encouraged me to ride the bikes to confirm it was what I was looking for. We drove an hour to visit. She and her husband were most accommodating. I was "fitted" to the bikes I test rode. Pam assisted me on a great mini tester trip. This was my first introduction to Liv bicycles.
