Inside the restaurant it was awful. Mess in the dining area as well as in the washroom. Just disgusting in the washroom. I still ordered food because I was hungry, but to my dismay the amount of beef they put in those tacos were extremely minimal. Never again an I coming to this location. Just awful !!!!!

Me and my friend ordered a value combo from this location and they gave us beans instead of beef inside of our tacos. We are extremely disappointed at the lack of communication and service of this location. They did not inform us that they were out of beef. If we would have known we would have not have ordered anything. I feel like my money has been robbed.

This was a KFC/Taco Bell. The cashier was very abrupt and not well organized. There us one cash for KFC and another for Taco Bell. Seeing as I was ordering Taco Bell I got in that line. I stood there for about 5 minutes and I leaned over the counter to ask a question did I get acknowledged. I was told she was taking orders in the other line only.I feel a sigh should have been posted saying other line only please or something to that effect. Another person with me was ordering KFC therfore received her food and was seated before I even placed my order.It is a self serve soda counter a several of the flavors weren't working.The bathroom was dirty and unkept.

Basically once a month or so my SO and I order a party box to share— we went to order at this location and the lady was very rude kinda shrugged us off at the window and they didn’t even put the tacos or anything in the party box (hard tacos) they instead got this giant bag and dropped everything in there— all the tacos were broken and had no hopes from the beginning as well as there was hardly any beef in any of the tacos. Do not eat here they are rude and they are cheap on ingredients (shells tasted stale as well) I’ve been here many times but today is probably my last time. We even called to let them know about our experience and they just kept putting us to voicemail. Never. Again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! You will be scammed. When items are missed, you do not get refunded, you get ignored. I tried many times to have this issue sorted but was told lie after lie. The quality of customer service is equal to the quality of the food…. Staff were incredibly rude. When I went to pick up my order, I was told it did not exist. After a few minutes of back and forth with the incompetent staff member, they finally found the order. It was missing items, but nothing was done about it. Taco Bell also makes it very hard to get in contact with head office for this very reason. They really don’t care.

The wait is way too long, not trying to sound ignorant but some of the employees who were taking my order didn't seem to understand English well, as I had to repeat the order like 3 to 4 times which is a bit frustrating.

As far as chain-restaurants go, this place is probably a hit-or-miss, trending more on the miss side. Ubered a meal, and not only has the quality (and number of ingredients) gone down, but they re-use and give out the same packets of sauce. Sauces covered in grease, ketchup, or other fluids are passed along are definitely NOT appealing - let alone hygienic.
