Great Customer Service from these guys every time! BigSteelBox Kamloops had a broken machine and needed help. Felix showed up 4 hours later and stayed until he got our machine running. He also gave his cell number and took care of us knowing without a machine we couldn't do our job. Great Job Felix and the Kamloops crew, much appreciated.

I had called in looking for parts and the Parts guy was extremely helpful and had the parts there the next day. When I went to the location the staff was great to deal with. The treated me like I had been buying parts there for 10 years even thought this was the first Bobcat that I had owned. Keep up the customer service. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!!

Super impressed with the service from these guys. Bought a snowblower attachment and they delivered out to the Kootenay's. Showed me all the functions and taught me how to operate. Later on when I had a few questions I could speak with knowledgeable people on the phone. Real people, real service. I will definitely be buying all of my skid steer parts from Westerra.
