I always get my shoes repaired here. He does great work and his prices are very reasonable. The lady in the back does alterations. She is fantastic. I have lost 60lbs and she has taken in and repaired so many of my clothes. Her prices are ridiculously low for such quality work.

I have been looking for a good show repair shop in Mississauga and happy I found this place. After going to another shop and being disappointed by the service and product. This place was beyond expectations. Service was great and so was the final product. I highly recommend if you want to keep a pair a loved shoes that need refreshing.

Brought in two pairs of shoes to be cleaned.. They were muddy. This place charged me $40 for both to clean up. I had asked the price before and he said starting at 8.99 and up and he will tell me the price once I came for pick up. One of the pair was white Undrrunning shoes. They did such a horrible job cleaning it. They ended up spreading the mud on the whole shoes while cleaning because the whole shoe is stained brown now. There were chunks of mud stuck still to the bottom of my shoes. For someone who paid $20 per shoe, I was really disappointed. I do not recommend this place for sneaker cleaning. Very expensive and very poor job.

I went last week with a pair of boots that had a stuck zipper. Sawsan manually fixed it within a second and that too free of charge. Thank you so much for the service. You have won a customer!

Sam's Shoe Repair
Unfortunately after returning 7 times for a pair of jeans that I cannot replace, I still do not have my jeans or what feels like an honest answer. I was told to return several times and promised they would be there, found, done and still no jeans. I will not be returning. Mistakes happen, but this does not feel honest and my time feels very de-valued. It's how it has been dealt with that's the problem.

Used to have great success with this place, repairing my shoes for an affordable price. Suddenly the prices have sky rocketed but the customer service hasn't improved. Ended up paying more to get my boots resoled than the boots cost in the first place.

There used to be a gentleman there that did an excellent job, had pride in his work, your shoes were return to you looking like new!The current owners or workers (I'm not sure) do a very poor job: glue and nails showing outside of the shoe's heels, leather not glued properly, very sloppy work.Not the first time they did such low quality job. I won't come back ☹️

Paid $50 + GST to get zipper on my bomber jacket and Adidas soccer pants fixed. Jacket was delayed for an additional week, lady kept telling me to come the next day so I did and until the third day it was ready.She did apologize for the delay but there should have been some sort of discount considering that I had to drive to the store numerous times. I understand that there's a backlog but this should have been managed by her. Worker was friendly though.Would probably not return again unless there's a drastic change in this location.
