I can honestly say that there is no better place for our little Pixel. Beginning with solo walks as a puppy, migrating to group walks, and now a daily member of the Chuck’s Mutts daycare, Pixel is living her best life in the care of this dedicated, talented, and amazing team. Chuck’s Mutts is our dog’s second home and she excitedly waits to meet up with her pack every day. As a high energy dog, she plays with all the pups and goes on daily adventures to parks, beaches, and trails around the city. She has grown from a nervous puppy to a confident dog and I know that this incredible growth is due to Nicole and the Chuck’s Mutts team. If you love your dog as much as we do, you can be rest assured this a perfect place.

Megan from Chuck’s Mutts took care of our dog Isla for 3 full weeks while we were away for our wedding and honeymoon. Isla loved her and she sent us frequent updates the entire time we were gone. Isla is an anxious dog and doesn’t trust many people at first but she barely noticed we were gone. Megan also introduced her to new games to keep her entertained. Thank you to the entire team for making the process easy and stress free ❤️.

I have an 11yr old miniature poodle who had separation anxiety and aversions to being in the car. He also wasn't really motivated by treats. He is friendly with other dogs, loves to run and is good with re-call. With him being a senior dog, I had never considered group walks. I was concerned about the car rides with other dogs and wasn't sure he'd be willing to go out with another person. Well, was I wrong...from day one, my pup loved his outings with Nic. I can't even call it a simple walk because Nic really goes above and beyond to bring each dog a special daily experience. Each day I would get photos of my pup out on walks, adventuring in ways I never imagined. Nic has a very special way of reading and assessing pups like my dog. Their gentle way of supporting dogs with even the most apprehensive/ fearful/ reactive behaviours really brought out the best in my guy....who is now living his best life, riding in the car with his head out of the window, eating treats, walking through streams, and running with Nic and their pack in the forest.*my dog is actually now also able to go into the daycare and spend a half day socializing/learning 'how to dog' with new friends~So much gratitude to Nic and the staff at Chuck's Mutts & Co.

Love Chuck's Mutts! Everyone that works here is so amazing. They really care about the dogs and make sure they're well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Brought my shy dog to a Saturday puppy play date. I enjoyed the flexibility of the drop off and pick up within the 2 hour window and I think it's a great idea to let them play without you around hovering over your dog. Really let's them learn how to be away from you and a good step to avoiding seperation anxiety. Since I have two pups, I drop one off and can walk around the beautiful neighborhood and go to the dog park for an hour. Helps train them to be separated from each other too. I fully trusted my pups in their care and I really love the report card and the pictures they share after! Thank you for offering a reasonably priced puppy play option in Toronto!

Chuck's Mutts is awesome!! As the owner of a dog walking business (I am currently transitioning to another field), I can genuinely say I can learn from the way they do things here. The staff are open and honest about my pup's interactions throughout the day, and I love that they provide enrichment such as bubbles, calming music, ice cube treats, and a variety of different toys. The photos of Millie having a blast throughout the day make me feel at ease to leave her there & I know she is in great hands :)

Simply the best! If you are reading this and considering Chucks Mutts- call or email them right now. Their care, attentiveness, teamwork and LOVE are apparent right away. My dog (who isn’t the easiest) is warmly accepted and cared for by the whole team - I truly feel like they treat her like one of their own. Aimee and co. are responsive, responsible and take their jobs very seriously. Love getting my daily report cards and knowing that my dog is in such good hands. Thank you Chucks mutts!

We have been bringing our rescue pup Mac to Chuck's Mutts for puppy prep and they have been nothing short of amazing. The whole team is great but I would love to shout out Aimee who has been super helpful building not only Mac's confidence, but mine as well. She answers every question I have and you can really tell she loves what she does and cares about every dog she works with. We are excited to continue working with them! Would recommend them to everyone with new puppies and/or rescues!

Not sure what the deal is with Chucks Mutts, but after about 5 emails requesting to know their availability to take our dog for a week, several attempts at calling and being told I would either get an email, phone call or text back, I got nothing, so gave up on them. 3 different people literally told me they would be in touch but no one bothered! Wasted 2 weeks waiting on them, due to a recommendation, but won’t bother again! Need to apply some actual management to this business I think!

If I could give negative stars I would. You literally cannot pass walk past this place when their staff are out with dogs. I passed one with her two small dogs going absolutely ballistic, barking and lunging at people walking past, including myself, while she locked up for the night. She had them on 6 ft leashes while they were flying off the stoop to nip at people passing, meanwhile she praised their behaviour telling them they were good for saying hello" to people and trying to make friends. It's not cute
