I have been to Carly twice for her amazing bodywork sessions so far and I will be booking further appointments. After an initial assessment of what may be ailing you or where your tension spots are, Carly goes to work with very powerful hands and intention and focuses on those areas where the energies are blocked and works to release them. I felt so relaxed and tension free afterwards. I have also experienced her energy work where it’s a no touch or very little touch process on my knees, which have given me issues most of my adult life, and I can honestly say they felt better and I experienced much less pain afterwards. I highly recommend Carly, she is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to helping people in any way she can.
