Booked through the UPPR MGMT website which is very simple and easy to navigate. Peyma took care of my hair cut and beard trim. He is attentive to the details and is a great conversationalist. Will be coming back for future cuts and definitely recommend this shop.

I am writing to discuss a recent issue regarding an appointment I had scheduled with your salon. I would like to request a reconsideration of the status of my missed appointment.Approximately one week ago, I had made a booking for a hair cut. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the appointment due to a birthday trip that had been arranged for me by my friends and family. Upon visiting your salon today, I inquired about the possibility of rescheduling the haircut that I had already paid for. To my disappointment, I was informed that missed appointments are non-refundable.As a long-standing customer who has been loyal to your salon for over a year, I expected a more understanding and accommodating response. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone from your staff had contacted me on the day of the missed appointment to inquire about the reason behind my absence. I sought guidance from a few individuals at your salon, who advised me to call the office and speak with a dispatcher. Consequently, I contacted the designated office, only to be informed that nothing could be done, without any further inquiry into the circumstances or potential resolutions.To add to my dissatisfaction, I encountered a discourteous individual seated at the reception area, who displayed a dismissive attitude when I approached him seeking guidance. His response was less than professional, stating that he was not a secretary and instructing me to contact the office to address my concerns.Considering the aforementioned circumstances, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the level of service I have experienced. I kindly request that you review my situation and reconsider your decision regarding the refund or rescheduling of the missed appointment. I believe that as a valued customer, I deserve fair treatment and consideration for unforeseen circumstances.I sincerely hope that we can find a mutually agreeable solution to this matter. I value the services your salon provides and would like to continue our positive relationship moving forward.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon

Amazing Barbers! Every time I go there, the barbers are always amazing when it comes to dealing with my hair. It is an experience and a half! Every time I have walked in, I have been offered an espresso and then quickly seated with a barber! Every time I go there, I end up having a conversation with the barber as if I am talking to my family! Absolutely recommend, and I will be returning

I recently moved back to the Humber Bay Shores area and I'm thrilled to have Roberto and the team caring for my beard and hair again. A great haircut/style is table stakes for these amazing people. What's more is the welcoming nature of everyone in the shop along with the certainty that whoever is cutting my hair that day will take the time to assess what I'm looking for and provide the best recommendation from their expert lens. I get my haircut from Pedro. He gives me a fantastic fade! He’s very meticulous and patient while cutting hair and a great conversationalist. I always end up looking sharp after visiting UPPR MGMT.

Really good prices for the Junior barber although I feel the intermediate and senior barber prices are way too much for a simple fade around the back. Still, it’s a great location and often have spaces to take walk-ins.

Amazing barbershop with ample availability and flexibility no matter the day of the week!!!We went once to try out the shop and the whole experience was beyond phenomenal! It was very impressive and classy from start to end. We were welcomed and made to feel at home and my partner was offered an espresso, which he loves! We felt truly valued as a new customer.As a result, our family now goes regularly! Even our 3 teenagers (two with disabilities) love the shop with it's modern decor and of course the barbers! No matter the barber we have booked (and we have seen a few based on our availability) we received the exact same exceptional services that hold true to the UPPR MGMT culture!!!! We value all of this and have now found a permament barbershop for our family. This is why we keep going back!Definitely a shop to visit for an unforgettable experience!!!!!!
