One of my worst experiences at Costco over the past 14 years:Received a phone call on Friday (June 28) confirming that my tires had arrived and rescheduled my appointment for first thing on Sunday (July 2nd) after staff physically checked and tagged my tires.On Sunday, July 2nd, I received a message from the Nisku Costco tire center stating that my tires had not yet arrived, so they needed to cancel my tire appointment 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I called them back and informed them that one of their staff members had personally tagged and received my tires. However, they still informed me otherwise and canceled my appointment 30 minutes prior.As I adjusted my plans, another staff member called me one hour later and informed me that my tires were indeed there, so I could still come in, and they would try to accommodate my appointment.Things went from bad to worse: when I dropped off my vehicle, I specifically told the staff to be careful with the platinum covers on my vehicle's alloy rims to prevent any damage. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches and damages on all four alloy rim covers. I went back inside and informed the staff about the damages. A senior technician came out and claimed that the damages were not possible, stating that these alloy rim covers were glued on. I informed him that these OEM alloy rim covers could be removed, as I was informed by the dealer. The senior technician then took out a pry bar and, without my consent, attempted to pry off the rim cover, insisting that the covers were glued on, while refusing to acknowledge that the scratches and damages occurred during the tire installation. The senior technician stated that they would not be liable for any damages. These were the first set of replacement tires on these OEM rims.I immediately called the dealership right then and there and was informed that these rim covers could indeed be removed, but the part would cost hundreds of dollars per piece, excluding labor.Shortly after, I requested to escalate the issue to the management. A supervising staff member came out, took some photos, and filed an incident report. Let's see how this gets resolved, but either way, I will have to spend my personal time taking the vehicle to the dealer to have it fixed. The incompetence displayed was appalling.

Slow service. Incompetent staff. After the tire change my wheels were not balanced correctly and the car shook at high speeds. This necessitated a return the following day and more time off work. Long wait again, as the car was left untouched in the shop while the entire garage staff took their lunch break at the same time. Staff member then tried to make excuses. No apology offered.

how about you stop listening to heavy metal music and try to answer your phone? not relevant for me anymore, another company got my business. i regret being your customer!!!

Went above to help out and when couldn't they gave an amazing deal.

Doesn't seem like anyone wants to answer the phone and if they do they hang up immediately.

They are kind but lack expertise. They installed a tire in reverse last winter. This time, they installed a all season tire in reverse. Also, they forgot to load my old tires.After installation, You have to check for yourself Whether they installed the inside and outside correctly.
