Went in First time ever, asked if they had a chefs salad, was told yes. But all I got was look at menu and order whats there. I was told she would make it a chef salad. But got nothing but salad., no meat and no Cheeses. She lied and whats worse she did not care to upsell or do it right. Not ever going there again. No better than McDonald's.

Friendly staff. Excited to try this location as I used to go to city center at lunch and liked the location was a little closer than freshii to my home. Food was awful. Did a build your own salad bowl. The lettuce mix was wilted, vinaigrette was very oily and the highly overpriced avocado half was super hard and inedible. Rice in both my bowl and my daughter chickie bowl was super dry. It stuck in both our throats. Would not go back.

Very rude staff ,who doesn't pay attention to customers needs. I love chopped leaf the food was very bland. Chopped leaf always taste good: everything was mixed up for a take out, yet chopped leaf always serve the dressing separately for take out.

food was disgusting like the manager and my boyfriend deserved better treatment LOL. Manager was rude to not only their employees but also the customers too.

Very poorly made food for the price you pay. I’m not one to say bad things but when it’s this poorly made for the hard earned money people make come on. Please take this as a need to improve your product. I know my choice will be else where. Fresh made ?? McDonald’s does better these days than this. The truth can hurt but doing nothing about this will hurt more to a great name. Very disappointed and will not return.

Friendly staff and there are always clean tables.I love the wild mushroom soup when it is available I always order it.I also enjoy having a chicken Caesar salad wrap.

Extremely disappointed in the tuna melt sandwich. For the price paid I expected more tuna in the sandwich. It was made with plain white bread that is just like eating cardboard! I was looking at the menu before ordering and debating between the tuna and turkey. When the server asked me if I wanted white or brown bread I was confused thinking of must have only been the turkey that offered sourdough or wholegrain. Well I look at the menu now, no it was supposed to be the tuna also. Wish I had paid better attention. Overall terrible experience will never recommend to anyone nor come back here
