Excellent Customer Service! My furnace and air conditioner both failed at the same time. The service technician was very informative and extremely friendly. Perhaps a little too friendly… He was so good at his job that he was quickly able to get me hot in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, I got so caught up the excitement of the moment that I barely noticed how wet and dripping my other unit got.Once my temperature regulated to a normal level, I was able to sit back and enjoy the moment.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED… ask for Matt!

When it was time to replace my old gas stove, I requested a proposal from Goemans. I had purchased appliances from the company over the years and had always been very satisfied with their products and service.For the stove, I dealt with Fiona and Joyce to purchase it and set up the installation. Brad reviewed my requirements and the installation process in my home. I was very pleased with the work that was done by their installers, Moe and Adrian. It was clear that they knew what they were doing as they completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. They gave me a training session regarding the use of my new Napoleon unit. Moe and Adrian did a great job of cleaning up the work area and putting everything back where it was when they arrived.Overall, I am very satisfied with the Goemans team. I can further report that my new stove works well and is great to have in our family room.

Goemans Custom Climate Solutions came and hooked up new gas lines for my dryer and gas stove. Not only did they do a great job but they were on time, professional and answered any questions I had no problem. By far the best home service technicians I have dealt with.Highly recommended to everyone.

Needed to replace a gas fireplace that was 30 years old. Called Brad from Goemans’s in Stoney Creek. He arrived at my house in Mississauga on time and quickly measured the opening for the new fireplace. Later that day he sent me a formal quote that was very fair for a Napoleon unit.His installation team arrived perfectly on time and did an excellent job. They took the old one away and cleaned up inside and out.I am very happy with level of service from Brad , his installer’s and Joyce in the office.

Great company and easy to do business with! Despite some delays due to covid, they were in constant contact and kept me updated so I didn't have to worry and continue living my life. When install came, the installers that were sent were professional and beyond knowledgeable! The whole process was smooth and painless and probably one of my better retail experiences. If my furnace or ac ever dies (which I hope it never does), I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. 10/10.

The hydronic heating system on our ground floor failed late October leaving us scrambling to get it fixed before the real cold weather arrived. We contacted several companies in the GTA and were fortunate enough to connect with Matt Ruggi of Goemans Custom Climate Solutions. Matt is a no nonsense kind of guy and tells it like it is, the news was not good.We had to replace our aging hot water tank with a combi boiler which involved pretty well ripping everything out (except the under floor tubing) and starting over. We don’t have a basement and the working space was extremely tight, Matt’s team got to work and a few days later we had a new system and a utility room that looks like a work of art. Not only that our house has never been warmer, cold spots that we thought were not heated are now lovely and warm.As with any new system we had a few teething problems but this is where I feel Matt shines, he pulled out all the stops personally stick handling the troubleshooting with minimum fuss to achieve maximum results. Home comfort is important, it has to be done right by people who know their craft, I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt Ruggi and Goemans Custom Climate Solutions.

Goeman's was able to arrange a furnace install on short notice and at a good price when a repair technician from another company tagged out" our furnace in December for a 'damaged heat exchanger'
